I didn't wait long time . it was happened at doctor office in hospital before.I choose independent doctor from now on.Smooth appointment. I was happy to choose this doctor.

Though by God's grace that led to the finding of my daughter's retinal detachment, we are so blessed to have Dr Wong consulted for surgery. Going under general anesthesia has always been very worrisome because of her airway anatomy. Nonetheless, Dr Wong and his anesthesiologist did a marvelous job as the surgery went so smoothly. She recovered from anesthesia well. I was amazed that she did not seem to be in any pain when we got home and throughly our the first day. She only needed one dose of over the counter Tylenol the next day after the eye patch was removed. Our deepest appreciation to Dr Wong and his team!!! Subsequent follow up visits to Dr Wong had all been very encouraging and pleasant. He is very accommodating and patient.

Doctor Vernon Wong is Byron Wong's brother and shares the same office. Vernon is a great eye doctor though most of the office looks like it has not changed in 20 years. Don't let this discourage you though because these doctors know what they're doing!Doctor Wong's office is located on the fourth floor. When you first step in, you encounter a small waiting room with a window and a lady to check in with. When it is your turn, you get to go through a series of small rooms to get your eyes examined (Not good for claustrophobic people). Parking is located either on the street with metered stalls or in a small lot with a lot attendant in the back of the building.

Went to visit Dr. Byron Wong as a request from my Optometrist due to a retina detachment. It was late in the day and Dr. Wong made the arrangements to stay and await for my arrival to his office. He examined my right eye and advised that I take care of the situation ASAP; especially since I was going on a trip the next day. He advised that I didn't need the anesthesia since it would be a quick procedure. Although it was extremely painful, Dr. Wong did an excellent job repairing the area of my eye that needed attention. Just competed my follow up visit and according to Dr. Wong, my eye healed up great. Thank you very much Dr. Wong!!! Highly recommended.

Very professional and clear. Computes medical jargon into easy to understand analogies and tells you what he is doing and why. Appears very knowledgeable in his specialized field.
