Camilla Fraga Lovejoy Md's Online Review Report Card

We began seeing Dr. Lovejoy a year ago and have been to her four times. We really enjoyed what a charismatic and fun person she is. She really is an awesome doctor and knows what she is talking about but has a great bedside manner. We drive from Bixby to see her and it is definitely worth it for our teenage son who also really liked her. Unfortunately, she is moving to another state in May and we will really miss her, we wish her well in all of her endeavors! The staff at the clinic is very nice and courteous, answers all your questions and the clinic and hospital are very clean and actually beautiful. Valet is awesome, saves the pain of parking especially when you're late to an appointment because of morning traffic. Similar to the previous review, the only problem I encountered was the wait time. You can tell she spends time with each of her patients, including you, and it took up to an hour after our appointment time each appointment for her to come in. We heard her rolling around and going in exam rooms outside so we knew she stayed busy. Definitely worth it, and if anyone is reading this from where she moved to, go see her! It will definitely be worth it!

Dr. Lovejoy is a wonderful, sincere, and highly skilled pediatric GI doctor. She's great with our daughter & made great efforts to know her, she listened to our concerns about the symptoms, and she was quickly proactive in finding results & resolutions. After the diagnosis, she took the time to explain in detail what path we would be traveling with our daughter and we mutually came to a decision on a plan of action. I highly recommend her and am so thankful she's our daughter's GI doctor!

After having several bad experiences in Tulsa with doctors, we decided to go to Oklahoma City to seek out further medical advice. When we called to make an appointment, which by the way their appointment people are the sweetest ever, Dr. Lovejoy was the next available to see a patient. We arrived the day of appointment about 45 minutes early and with all paperwork already completed. Tonya, the front desk receptionist, was absolutely joyful and happy. She was probably the best person I encountered while at the office. She ensured that we knew what was going on and she was very charismatic. They took us back about five minutes before our appointment time, took our weight and had us sit in an exam room. Now, this is the only problem I had with the experience - we sat for 45 minutes waiting on her. It was around 45 minutes after our appointment time that she came in. Now, Dr. Lovejoy was the most courteous doctor I've ever met in my lifetime, longer than my child, who's the patient. She talked to both me and my son. It was great seeing a doctor explaining things so well. We're on the road to recovery! PS: If you get labs done, get a chocolate chip cookie (you'll have to buy it if you're a parent) They're delicious!!! Use the VALET!!!

Dr. Lovejoy saw my adopted son Kade on several visits at the Children's Hospital in OKC. My son has one of the rarest genetic disease and according to National Institute of Health their are only thirty three in the world at this time. I would say Dr. Lovejoy is an excellent caring doctor and was very good with my son.

Wait time was in excess of 2hrs. Dr. Lovejoy had worst bedside manner. She basically called me a liar, she ordered 2 tests that she said didn't need to be performed, also said she would personally call with the results - another lie - and she didn't take my infants issues seriously. She bad mouthed bt pediatrician ---- true professionalism right there. I left feeling overwhelmed and defeated. Nrxt time I saw my pediatrician I was informed there have been similar problems/complaints from others.

Awful bed side manner. Bad mouthed our personal dr. Told us she didn't believe the symptoms and then ordered tests she didn't think needed to be ordered.....nor did they call us with any results. We were very sad about our experience, our baby is more tham a paycheck.....but obviously not to this dr.
