I was very surprised to read a negative review of this doctor and his nurse. I've never had a bad experience with either of them and have been their patient for over 10 years now. Dr. Zerez is always pleasant and friendly, but his best quality is his knowledge. He listens and explains his point of view carefully. He stays up to date on his field. I have ideas about what's going on with me, and I'm often wrong. I appreciate it that he tells me what is correct. I trust him to keep me doing the right things to keep my body working right. Nel is always doing what she's supposed to - she checks me in, sets up the lab work, and calls me when necessary. She has never neglected to let me know if there's something important for me to take care of. I rely on her too. I think they are both top-notch.

Rude and arrogant. Nice? Really? He yells at his patient and hangs up on his patients. Nel is nice? No she is not.

I feel sorry for the doctor. Poor customer service. It don't seem like they do what you request over the phone. I have called them several times over the past few weeks requesting some important forms but up until now they haven't send anything because i have not received anything from them at all. Not sure what's the hold up. I hope they realized that feedback will affect their service to their customer/patient

I've never been disappointed with the care that I've received from Dr Zerez or his staff. He's always very attentive to my needs and concerns. You can always tell that he genuinely cares for my well being. I feel truly blessed to have Dr Zerez as my PCP. Thank you Dr. Zerez, God Bless You! This was my first visit with Dr. Zerez. It has been a total great experience with his "real" concern, bedside manner, and follow up care. He listens intently and more than willing to assess any situation with additional options. He's highly intelligent individual. I want to switch from what I have based on his service and follow up care. I'm blessed to have him as the doctor on call for that day. I am so appreciative.
