Dr. Lau is a caring & effective surgeon. I have had nothing but positive experiences with him & his office staff since my injury. Even when needing to have fluid drained out of my knee-which is not a fun activity-he still seems to make it as pleasant as it can possibly be. His gentle demeanor & caring bedside manner really makes those kinds of unpleasant experiences as manageable & painless as possible. His office staff are friendly, efficient & smart. They get you checked in & on your way out with a smile.
