He has been my Doctor for 20 years. To me, there is no other Family Doctor like him. He's treats you with respect and patience, and will occasionally "Kick you in the butt"so to speak. He treats his patients like people, not numbers. If you have the opportunity to become his patient, run, don't walk to his office. All the best to you, thank you for sharing your best with me. I really like Doctor Muench, I found out he is no longer with Riverside Family Practice, where ever he has gone they are very lucky to have him.

Dr. Muench is a wonderful family physician - both he and his staff are always ready to listen and take the time to explain processes or medical conditions - whether it be causes or treatments. He is professional, thoughtful and kind!

Words can't even begin to describe what an amazing person and physician that Dr. Daniel Muench at Riverside. He has been our family doctor since 2006. He truly cares about his patients. We are facing heartache with my mother being ill. He has been right there with us, as we face this horrible journey. His nurse (Jessie) is caring and always willing to call you back or email you. You never see him when he is not smiling! We also love Angie. She was the same way. They are so wonderful . We absolutely love the ladies at the front desk! They treat you like family when you call. Tonya at the front desk actually stayed one evening to help me when another office in the building would not. She could easily sent me somewhere else. I am also so appreciative for Roxanne for willing to help with referrals whenever there is a need. I guess this explain why most of my neighbors in Gloucester drives to Williamsburg to see Dr. Muench and the Staff at the Williamsburg Office.

Outstanding family doctor. He has been my physician for over 10 years and has addressed each and every needs in an efficient manner. At every visit, he listens and addresses all my concerns in a manner which I fully understand. Thank Dr. Muench, will continue to use your practice even though I live an hour away.

Dr. Muench is wonderful, he takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I have been a patient for many years and over the years the office staff has changed several times. The office staff can be rude. After moving over an hour away, I kept going to him. I have made the decision to leave that practice solely based on the office staff. Talking to the office manager and talking to patient advocates at RRMC doesn't help. I'm sad to leave my doctor. I would recommend him not the office.

Dr. Muench is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He actually takes the time to listen and then comes up with a plan that you are comfortable with to resolve your medical issues. Great doctor!
