Liked her. Good choice for my 17 yo daughter. Comfortable to talk to. 1st visit, so hope it continues this way and my daughter likes her.

It is like impossible to make an appointment on phone. Nobody answers the phone and nobody returns voice messages......better go somewhere else. Totally waste my time.

The doctors are great, but same as like another reviewer regarding staffing. Not sure if they are short but no one ever answers the phone, it always took at least 3-5 calls and messages to get an appointment and adjust billing. I've received several invoices, all incorrect now; will never be going back.

I have been going to Dr Huang for a couple of years with no major complaints but nothing that was outstanding. I went in for my annual exam and made the appointment when I received a reminder postcard which stated June 2021 at the bottom. There was no specific date on there. I called to schedule the appointment. About a week before the appt, the office calls to ask some questions update my file. I go in to my appointment and fill out paperwork and wait about 15 minutes when the nurse calls me to let me know that this appointment will not be covered by insurance because it hasn't been a full year. There were 2 opportunities for them to double check that information before I came in. I missed work for this non appointment and the next available that was offered was in about 2 months, in which case I need to take time off of work AGAIN. I left very disappointed. I will be looking for another obgyn.

Overall Review for the office and Dr. Huang when i used to go back in 2016 and some incidents that happened to my mom recently.Staff: 0/5Doctor: 2/5Office: 2.5/5It took forever to make calls to the office for an appointment. I would be put on hold for 10+ minutes and they would hang up on me. Took multiple calls before I was able to get an appointment. When I went to the office, it was the usual fill out forms, but the staff gave off a feeling that they did not enjoy their job. As many have said in the past, office was packed as they were one of the few that accepted new patients, especially QUEST patients. When it was my turn to be seen, it felt very rushed, as Dr. Huang did not ask me many questions, it was just get in for pap smear, and get out type of thing. Fast forward a few years as I have changed doctors because of how I felt about Dr. Huang's office. I find out I actually have PCOS, and that could have been discovered if Dr. Huang and her team has actually paid close attention asking how regular my cycle was because it has always been irregular. Also, Dr. Huang has never used the ultra sound wand on me, another reason why it was never discovered. Now fast forward to 2021, my mom has been going to Dr. Chung all these years due to language barriers with other doctors and has stayed with this office despite how unprofessional the reception staff are. We have stumbled to a bigger problem. They are billing us incorrectly!!! My mom has received a bill from DLS to pay for her pap smear despite the fact that it should be covered by insurance. DLS has contacted the office for them to correct this error, but they did not. This is not cheap, its $125 due to the office's error. (Currently not solved as HMSA is unable to get a hold of whomever is in charge of billing)

Unfortunately, didn't perform full standard care checks as needed annually. Instead, trying to sell additional services not covered by insurance, costing thousands of dollars. Will not be returning.

i scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am as i am very concerned about covid exposure and wanted an early appointment to lower the risk. i ended up having to wait for roughly 50 minutes before even being called but all they did was take my temperature and blood pressure before being sent back out to the waiting room because i was told they had no available rooms. no one apologized for the long wait and i ended up not even being seen for my appointment because i had to leave. no one apologized to me at the front desk too when i told them that i'd been now waiting for over an hour and was sent back to the waiting room because of not enough rooms being available even though i saw numerous people enter after i was back in the waiting room. i know that covid times are very difficult and stressful, but i personally found the experience very unprofessional and frustrating. i would not recommend this place to a friend too, as they had a lot of people in the waiting room and partners of patients who weren't being seen for anything were there as well.

I love Dr. Huang!

I used to go to Dr. Chung regularly for my annual visits and really liked her. I recently moved back to Hawaii and because this office is so often busy I decided to make an appt at another clinic to get my IUD (I needed it fast and it was closer to work). I was not happy with my IUD procedure and since I've been experiencing severe cramps I decided to call Dr. Chung's office to make an appt and get a second opinion. I was told that Dr. Chung could not see me because the IUD was performed by a different doctor. While this makes sense from a liability perspective, it is not the case with other providers I've spoken to since being turned away by Dr. Chung's office. I'm disappointed by the rigidity of the policies here especially since they didn't give me any other solution other than to go back to the original provider (after I told them I was not happy with the service). I will not be coming back to Dr. Chung.

I came here because I was pregnant and didn't have a OB at the moment, I found Dr. Huang's office since it was close to where I work. My first few appointments was with Dr. Chung because Dr. Huang had more appointments but later down the road I had Dr. Huang when I was halfway through my pregnancy. Dr. Huang was nice and caring made sure I had all my questions asked since I was a first time mom. On the night before I went into labor I called Dr. Huang late night because I was very uncomfortable she told me the contractions should be painful like I wanted to cry. It wasn't painful for me but very uncomfortable, she said it probably wasn't a contraction since it wasn't painful and hung up. Later on the night I made the decision to go to the ER since I couldn't sleep and I was very uncomfortable. Told me that I was having contractions and Dr. Huang came promptly before her trip to the mainland. She made the delivery as short and smooth as possible, it was a good thing she didn't miss her flight because of me. I also loved that she was so supportive during my labor and calm.
