List of Grace Wong's Reviews
She is amazing. That's all I can say! Delivered both my boys, puts your safety and health care needs first. She shows compassion and definitely assures you and baby are healthy and safe. The staff is also amazing; always greeting you with a smile and assuring your needs are met before you leave the office.
She is great. Definitely cared about the baby and my health and made sure my mind was at ease. I will definitely be having her deliver all my babies.
Dr. Wong has always been kind, personal, and caring in every interaction I’ve had with her since I began seeing her about 10 years ago. She takes the time to talk with me to truly understand my concerns. She is candid in her input when I’ve asked her opinion on things that required big decisions. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst receptionist ever! Arrogant and not professional. Dr. Wong is highly recommended by my husband colleagues, but she really needs to change the receptionists.
Last week I received a troubling diagnosis from my regular OBGYN about large dermoid ovarian cysts (I apologize for the overshare but I believe this information is crucial to the story) that are present and will need to be surgically removed. She then informed me that she does not perform this surgery. I would need to be referred out to another doctor. Not a problem. I then called the office of Dr. Grace Wong as suggested by a friend. I was informed Dr. Wong does not take my insurance, but Dr. Perry DOES. Great. I would just be required to have my OBGYN fax my records over to Dr. Perry's office. I called immediately after and did so. I then called my OBGYN's office back to confirm that they had done so.I waited a few days so as not to be annoying, and called Dr. Perry / Wong's office inquiring as to why they hadn't called me to schedule, as the receptionist told me they would do so, and that I needn't call them. Over the course of the next week, I left several voicemails during office hours and was put on hold for over TEN MINUTES more than once, only for the line to hang up on me. I even called intentionally after hours so I could REACH an answering machine. Finally this morning I actually reached a human being on the phone, only for her to tell me, in an extremely rude tone of voice, that she actually ISN'T taking new patients. Odd- because a week ago she was. She claimed they never received my records until yesterday. Also odd because my current OBGYN office gave me confirmation that they had sent them (and I've been with them for many years). The receptionist then decided to be even more condescending by explaining how health insurance works (I have no words for this part.) Furthermore, she told me that whoever I spoke to a week ago was, "wrong," (LOL!!!) and she didn't know why they would tell me to send my records. 1. YES I AGREE, who would do that, unless prompted to, and 2. Where does she think I got fax number if someone didn't give it to me over the phone? Is this something people are secretly doing and no one told me?? Everyone is going home at night and faxing their health records to doctors who AREN'T taking new patients?? As women, they should be ashamed of themselves to tamper or judge the worthiness of other women's cases this way, as I've seen from other user's reviews here. Seems like my health concerns were, "too hard," apparently, and these receptionists are then told to make up some BS excuse and never return calls to these patients. That says A LOT about their competency as doctors. They probably did me a favor. If I could give zero stars I would and I'm going to be sure to share this experience with anyone who is thinking of going to any of the, "doctors," here.
I just switched to Dr. Wong and so far I am pleased. She was very thorough in her work up. She gave me adequate time to ask any questions and was extremely personable. We reviewed when my last mammogram, and other routine testing had been done, but I could not recall the exact dates. The afternoon of the visit, I was called by the testing department. Dr. Wong's office had already checked when the tests were due and had called in orders for testing due later this year. I am a retired RN and have high standards for my physicians.
I have never met the doctor, but the person that is covering the phone made sure that happened.First, I want to pick a new doctor because I changed the healthcare plan; The first reaction of the receptionist was- No, doctor won't take you, but you can try to send her records so she review them and maybe you get in (starting with the rejection of a pregnant women in need?)Second, once I had my records they wanted me to fax it, because they don't do email (no email in 21st century but fax).Thirdly, I was again rejected because I am currently covered by 2 plans- even though one of those would completely cover my visits and delivery.I picked a phone and called another office and had all done in 5 minutes.Wouldn't even waste time with such an unprofessional staff- even if the doctors are really good.
Dr wong is truly amazing! I'm not going to lie, when I first met her I was a little hesitant bc she looks so young! You may feel like you're being rushed but you aren't. I think it's just the way she talks. She answers all my questions and concerns and never brushes anything off. She delivered both my babies in 2016 and 2017. And they are both so healthy! Both times they were past due but dr wong respected my wish for delivering naturally rather than c-section. She pushed for natural until she felt like it was dangerous for me or baby. I feel like if it were any other dr they would have done c-section just to get it over with since I was in labor for almost 2 days. During those 2 days, she stopped by many times and even called at crazy hours just to check on my status! I wonder how she even gets any sleep! Few months ago, I felt a lump. It was during the period of when I was nursing my baby. Anyone would have thought it was a clogged milk duct. She thought it may have been nothing too but pushed for a biopsy just incase. If it were someone else, they may have looked pass it. Thank God for that biopsy bc it saved my life. I cant thank her enough for taking the next step
If you're looking for a doctor who isn't busy, Dr. Wong isn't the doctor for you. She shares her office with two other doctors and the office is always bustling with people. It can be a challenge getting an appointment but hasn't bothered me much. Dr. Wong is patient, kind, and always listens to what questions I may have. She delivered my son a few months ago, and she was amazing. Toward the end of pregnancy, you go in really often. Seeing her that much is easy because she makes you comfortable. When I was in labor, I took my time going to the hospital because I knew it would just be a waiting game there. In the evening, Dr. Wong called me to check on me and encouraged me to check into the hospital. When I was ready to deliver, she was there. I would definitely recommend her!
I really like Dr. Wong and I'm so glad she is my ob! My first baby is due in June. She always answers all my questions and makes me feel comfortable and tell me what to expect on the upcoming weeks. She is very pleasant and you can tell she loves what she does! I do have to get my blood work/ultrasounds elsewhere because they don't do them at the clinic, which I am fine with because I still am receiving excellent care. I definitely would recommend her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
