Absolutely ruined my life. He caused me over 2.5 years of chronic pain (I’m still dealing with it) and this doctor or Kaiser still hasn’t taken responsibility. He never even saw me after my surgery… totally ghosted me!! Do not see him. Stay away!!

Ruined my life I still deal with the fallout from his surgery. Terrible. No contact from Kaiser or Dr. Thibault for years. Does not care about me at all. My pain has ruined my life - I can’t physically work anymore.

During the procedure, Dr. Thibault mentioned that there was an issue to the nurse, but assured me it was nothing and I didn't need to worry about it. I rested as normal after the procedure for 3 days, but the pain didn't go away. He assured me I just needed to give it more time. But the pain never subsided. I kept contacting him, but he and his office ignored me for weeks. Finally, after a couple of months of continued pain, they said I should be taking a different medication. When that didn't work, they ignored me again and I only received "attorney-like" responses in the message board. They still would NOT see me in person. Finally, after months, they said I could come in, but Dr. Thibault didn't see me - his assistant did... and didn't have a clue what was going on. After months and months - Dr. Thibault never actually saw me, so I requested another doctor, who also had no idea how to treat me. Kaiser flew in another doctor who told me this chronic pain was for life.
