Our son hasn’t been feeling well so in the emergency room we have been. Through tests he got more scared and more scared. Kapiolani medical center for woman and children knew just how to calm him down and make him feel comfortable. Thank you for the bubbles, legos and the fire truck to borrow and the empathy every single one of you show! They have provided nothing but the BEST care for my children and I. Thank you so much

Thank you for the love and care you showed to my granddaughter Heidi during her surgery recently and to her mum, my daughter, Tiffany. Being so far away from home during this ordeal, it has been so encouraging and uplifting to know both of them were being showed such compassion and care. Any trauma while overseas is extremely stressful and you helped them through this when family members couldn't be there. Thank you xxx

I brought my son to the ER because he has a big lump on the his neck near his throat. I’ve been waiting in the waiting area for an hour already and watched at least 5 people walk out. I thought this was EMERGENCY services!!!! If you have to wait over an hour what’s the point!! I’ve never had to wait this long ever!!! And I’ve been coming here for 20 years for all my kids. Why do they have a bigger ER? Do you even have the staffing to service a bigger facility? They can’t even treat patients coming into to ER����This just might be the first time I walk out of this ER. Well, I ended up leaving the ER, after asking how much longer and I was told there was 5 people ahead of me and I was already waiting 2 hours, are you kidding me? I hope and pray my son doesn’t have the mumps. #soirritated#waitingroomfull#standingfortwohours#sofrustrating

From day I walked my self in ( in labor) till this very day! Kapiolani Medical Center has been the absolutely best. The staff has the most amazing hearts, I mean I love them!!! The staff at the pediatric outpatient clinic, I love the girls and the providers, always so sincerely kind to me and my baby. I see how they are with other patients and its the same love and respect, no sugar coating and fake smile none of that . Its all love and Aloha! I'm so grateful. Too bad that I'm moving off island � I would take the staff with me . Honestly no better place . Thank you all for the amazing job that you all do. ���
