List of Hawaii Permanente Medical Group's Reviews
Welcome mat out, kind consideration of staff, timely.. pleasant atmosphere
Love that Doctor, Pharmacy, Lab, X-Ray and other services are in the same building
Terrible inconsiderate and selfish staff
More personable, easier to navigate, faster service than other clinics. Yes, the elevators are smaller but how much room do you need?
Saw a resident Dr. Valynn Pham under the direction of Dr. Onopa. Dr. Pham has had excellent bedside manner and really spent the time to get a detailed medical history. Really like her and wish that I could make her my PCP.
Must pay for parking
Close by to see my doctor. Great service and very nice nurses, receptionist too. Parking is free for the first half hour then $3.00 for your whole visit.
Not the easiest to get to. Elevators are too small. I don't totally understand what the facility is for I wish they could do more for after-hours I provide more access to doctors still use cleaning and has handicap accessibility to a degree but the other theaters make it really hard.
Kaiser had lit of good doctors but limited to where they have facilities and down town had no after hours care so you to go have to go to moanaloa.
While there are other alternative for your health care KAiser is not bad. The Physical therapy clinic is located here. They have friendly folks that get you to better use those affected areas needing attention!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
