just lost a patient. I've been going there for a few years & have never had a bad experience. I guess there's a first time for everything. Extremely hard to make and confirm appointment. I was told I was going to get a text confirmation. Days later when I called back for the text I was sent a text to make an account. I need to make and register a new account from who knows where just to get the appointment info?!?!!! yowzah...I'm not doing that. There are plenty of eye doctors on this island & guess what, they can text.

Went here to see Dr. Ing on a referral. Located in the Nauru Tower overlooking the pool. Parking inside under cover, if full, parking available outside. Waiting for my appointment,beyond the normal wait time, but worth the wait. Dr. Ing took the time to diagnose the problem, didn't rush me out to see the next patient. Restrooms Located outside of his office.

Re: Dr. Ing: Poor quality of care, misdiagnosis of condition, and unnecessary testing. Plus poor beside manner for a doctor. I'll be submitting a complaint to the board. This doctor is unfit to continue practice.

Dr. Wong, Robert the office manager and their team are incredible! I cannot express my gratitude enough to this office and staff for making our lasik eye surgery comfortable and quite possibly the best surgery experience I've ever had. Dr. Wong and Robert are extremely professional, patient and knowledgable - they were able to walk us through the entire process of lasik eye surgery when we first met with them. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The office is also SPOTLESS and beautiful, I felt very safe and it is quite modern. Our procedure itself went smoothly - we could see everything 20/20 the very next morning. Thank you for making our lasik eye surgery experience so wonderful, we love Hawaii Vision Clinic and highly recommend for any eye correction issues that you may want help with. Mahalo!

I developed an eye irritation while visiting from California and was worried it was an infection. We came in just before closing and Dr Wong and team took care of us swiftly and warmly. Grateful we stumbled upon this clinic and thank you and team for being so helpful and taking care of my eye issue.

While I was entering my monthly reminder data for next year's eye appointment, I just remember that how wonderful Dr. Marissa Matsuyama was. Ladies at reception were very responsive and kind, and I was able to see Dr. Matsuyama right on time. Dr. Matsuyama was very thorough on eye examination, clear about my eye conditions, sincere by asking how I was feeling, patient even being bombarded with multiple questions and answered in the way I can understand. She also gave me information of how to care for dry eye conditions at home. It really worked best, much better than eye drops! Her cheerfulness and professionalism really impressed me! I will be looking for Dr. Matsuyama next year again!

I love the great and soo friendly service of staff at this clinic , not to mention excellent quality care. The waiting to be check or seen by Dr. William K. Wong Jr. was so fast. A very well plan appointment from beginning to end. My family and I are very appreciative of Dr. Wong and the staff. If you're looking for Eye Doctor, I highly recommend this clinic, you won't get disappointed. -- at Hawaii Vision Clinic.

The routine eye exams was fine. But I kept getting bills from them even though I have already paid. Each time different amount, I've called and tried to chase down the billing lady with no luck. It is troublesome and time consuming.
