Came in with a cold with no appointment and walk in. Was feeling sick while I was in Waikiki and found niu health on Google. The doctors did flu and COVID test and got my results in 15min. The doctor and staff was very friendly. Best urgent care in Honolulu and Waikiki

On Sunday morning, I had gone to the beach and walked on the reef where something caused my big toe to become inflamed and sensitive to touch. The next day (Monday), during my lunch break , I went to Niu Health (no appointment). Upon my arrival, Ashlyn efficiently processed my paperwork (e.g., insurance, identification, patient questions, etc.) and conducted the initial check-in (e.g., blood pressure, etc.). Ashlyn processed my portion for payment (after insurance), and I was able to make my payment before I left. I was seen by Youngbean Kwon. She cleaned and examined my big toe. She said that it looked like I got stung by something because there was no break in my skin. She gave me a shot in my arm and a prescription to pick up. By the time I came back to my office, the inflammation and sensitivity was already dissipating. She had told me that the inflammation should start going down in a couple of days (by Wednesday) and mentioned a courtesy follow-up call for a couple days later (Wednesday). By Tuesday, the day after being seen by Youngbean Kwon, I was able to go for a 45-minute jog. My big toe was no longer inflamed or sensitive. Instead of waiting for the courtesy follow-up call on Wednesday, I ended up calling Niu Health to thank them for such great service/treatment. I told my colleagues about their service/treatment. Youngbean Kwon and Ashlyn are amazing. Youngbean Kwon is bilingual (speaks Korean) and was able to speak to a Korean patient when I was there.

Went there to get my burn wounds treated and the staff and doctor were really nice and quick at their job. Aside from the wait, (4 patients in front of me) I was in and out in less than 30 mins. The lady with the Bengals were especially nice and accommodating. You also get to check out how empty the 88palpal while you wait.

While I was on vacation I cut my finger making dinner and found NIU Health on google. I drove from Waikiki Sheraton hotel and the doctor Alex stitched my finger. The staff at niu was so professional and Alex was so knowledgeable. Best urgent care in Hawaii.

I have visited this clinic numerous times and without fail, Niu Health located on Bishop, is always incredible. All doctors and nurses were exceptionally professional and beyond helpful during my trip and follow ups. The appointment was very quick and the staff is very timely, and personable. I would personally highly recommend this clinic to all women and girls, as well as families. I felt 100% taken care off!
