After debating for quite some time whether or not to proceed with having a blepharoplasty, I made a split second decision to do so early in May of 2022.I chose Dr. Hugo Higa whom I have known for almost 20 years basing my decision upon his expertise and the cost of the procedure.I scheduled my surgery for May 25th allocating myself a ten day absence from work in order to ensure adequate downtime to heal and recover.I opted for an undereye blepharoplasty due to my desire to rid myself of unsightly eye bags and refresh my look.The entire procedure took less than two hours and was performed with a local anesthetic. It was virtually painless with minor bruising and swelling that gradually subsided throughout the week afterwards.All in all, I consider having decided to do this, at this point in my life, ultimately the right decision and would definitely deem the procedure to be a success. Basically, I was able to achieve the desired result I was hoping for and am therefore forever grateful to Dr. Hugo Higa for making this happen for me.Additionally, he has an awesome team he works with that are welcoming, friendly and attentive to one's needs making the entire experience an effortless one and something you definitely want to tell your friends about.I encourage anyone considering an oculoplastic procedure, in order to improve the way they look, to seek out the services of Dr. Hugo Higa. He is dedicated, affordable and guaranteed to provide you with awesome results.

So mad, husband is 72 1/2and you're going do surgery on his eyes. Why can't you tell him to accept it. I'm soo mad.

I was very happy with the surgery that removed the eye bag that Dr. Higa performed one year ago. I feel I look younger now, because I don't have the "tired" look on my face.

I was apprehensive at first not knowing what to expect in having eyelid surgery. But Dr. Higa very professional, excellent. His assistants, staff so wonderful, great in making me feel calm. Very good experience.

Dr Higa was the first Eye Specialist (from Many) who came up with a procedure to help my constant eye problems. He literally scraped off my cornea but left the outer ring. The cornea than grew back in a few days. This procedure changed my life from constant headaches, unable to see because pieces of my cornea would fall off, to no headaches and my cornea has remained in place for the last 10 years. Forever Grateful
