Dr. Hara was, as usual, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I am grateful to have her as my eye doctor!Parking is easy and the office inside Paris Miki is easy to find.Mahalo again, Dr. Hara!

I would highly recommend Dr. Hara to patients of all ages. She took care of myself and my teenaged sister, and we both had an exceptional experience. I used to go to the Walmart clinic for years before moving to town. After seeing Dr. Hara, I didn't realize the kind of customer service and care I had been missing out on. The entire process of booking, to even after the fact for ordering contact lenses were a breeze. Her and her staff are also informative on the specials and rebates that their office and companies are a part of. She was also familiar with our insurance coverage and was able to help plan out payment for new glasses and contacts as well. At the appointment, she greeted us with a smile and was very patient thorough out the exam. She is indeed, down to earth and relatable, and is fully willing to listen to your experience and concerns. Her office is located in the back of an eyeglass shop called Paris Miki, but you'll know you're in the right place before you walk in, thanks to the sign on the window. What's nice about this is that there is plenty of free parking, as the office is conveniently located in the Ala Moana Center. I saw Dr. Hara during the COVID times but everything was great. I'm looking forward to seeing her again next year, and so is my sister.

Ok this was my second appointment!!! Seamless, again!!! Everything that happened on my first appointment, happened on my second appointment! I will return next year!! Thank you Dr. Hara!!!

Dr Jann is great. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Location is good in ala Moana shopping center. She is also efficient and gets you in and out of appointment quickly.

My experience was seamless!!! Office squeezed me in right away!!! Dr. Hara was my first female Optometrist(I'm 46) and I love that she made me feel as if I was a regular patient that comes yearly. That's huge to me. Great chair side manner and to the point. Definitely returning and highly recommend!!!! Thank you Dr. Hara!!

Dr. Hara is the best! First time patient and she is very helpful and detailed with everything. Can't wait to go back!Highly recommend her if you want a new eye doctor or want the best eye care!!!

Been going to Jann for over 5 years.

I had to change my eye doctor since my previous doctor retired. I had a great first visit with Dr. Jann Hara. She knows her stuff as she knew my contact lenses were old since it was scratching my eyes and she suggested that I get new lenses. She made sure my new lenses were 100%! She is an awesome doctor!

Where's the 6 stars??? Dr. Jann Furusho Hara is the best optometrist on the island!! She is very experienced and everyone goes to her, so make sure you book your appointments!! I went in for my first eye exam, and it went really well! When you go to see a doctor, the first impression always matters. She is Very genuine, professional, and compassionate. She knows her stuff! There is no doubt you'd love her. I recommend her. :)

Dr. Hara was both accommodating and efficient. I highly recommend that you visit her if you need to get your eyes checked!
