I AM SPEAKING ON BEHALF OF MY BROTHER WHOM IS IN SO MUCH PAIN THATS WHY WAS SCHEDULED TO SEE DR. GARCIA MY BROTHERS APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10:00am AND HAVE BEEN WAITING TO BE SEEN HE WAITED FOR ALMOST 3 HOURS TO BE SEEN AND NO ONE ATTEND TO HIM DUE TO THE PAIN HE WAS HE HAD LEFT HIS APPOINTMENT CAUSE HE COULD NO LONGER BEAR THE PAIN I UNDERSATND THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT BUT COME ON 3 HOURS IS UNCALLED FOR. AND THEN MY SISTER BEEN LEAVING MESSAGES AND KEEP ON CALLING THE HONOLULU OFFICE AND NO ONE ANSWERS WE ARE ALL MAKING CHANGES IN WORK, LIVING AND MORE BUT 3 HOURS THAT IS NO EXCUSE.

I get arthritis in my sacroiliac joints Dr Garcia give me steroid shots in the joints which frees me up to walk freely again

I saw Dr. Garcia 3 years ago at Queen's Medical Center and rated him 5 stars for excellence! Now in July, 2022 that has all changed. He owns a big, fancy pain clinic (triage) busine$$ of 3 offices on O'ahu and 1 on Maui. New medical equipment & new protege staff; but less focus on individualized patient care. It's crowded, rushed and you are just another faceless, number lost in the herd of his multiple pain procedures. Very poor communication skills. I won't ever go back! He couldn't care less about the outcome of his patients anymore... very Disappointed.

Dr. Garcia and Associates have helped me tremendously. They have listened and adapted their treatment plan my needs. Before I was seeing Dr. Garcia, I had been on a feeling of yo-yoing of terrible to sleepy from the previous medications. I now am starting to feel at least like a human for the first time in many many years. I strongly recommend Dr. Garcia’s office and Institute For Pain. A+

I was not at all happy with their services.the first appt. took me 3 and 1/2 hours to get in to be seen. The they rescheduled me for a month. Then the second time they told me they don't rest pain with pills.and I. Honestly live in pain on a daily basis.i would it recommend this place to anybody. I just wish it went better. I'm sorry but that's he truth.aloha everyone.
