My husband was diagnosed of Parkinsons disease 2 years ago, when he was 49. He had a stooped posture, tremors, right arm does not move and also a pulsating feeling in his body. He was placed on Senemet for 8 months and then Sifrol was introduced and replaced the Senemet, during this time span he was also diagnosed with dementia. He started having hallucinations, lost touch with reality. Suspecting it was the medication I took him off the Siferol (with the doctor’s knowledge) and started him on PD-5 natural herbal formula we ordered from AKANNI HERBAL CENTRE, his symptoms totally declined over a 3 weeks use of the AKANNI HERBAL Parkinsons disease natural herbal formula. He is now almost 51 and doing very well, the disease is totally reversed! (Visit w w w.aknniherbscentre .com)

5 days ago I underwent reconstructive surgery after losing 150 pounds, and I cannot recommend Dr. Ben Hornik enough for anyone considering body contouring, especially after extreme weight loss. A lot of people have negative things to say about Kaiser Permanente, and even more people wouldn’t recommend getting cosmetic surgery there. We are conditioned to believe that the best plastic surgeons are either overseas or in Miami, but my experience with Dr. Hornik completely shattered that misconception. I have a chronic condition and was originally paired with Dr. Hornik to excise both of my armpits due to recurring infections. This was an extremely scary surgery for me, but it was necessary to prevent excruciating pain and ongoing health complications. After researching Dr. Hornik, I discovered that he specializes in reconstructive surgery—this gave me immense comfort. I truly believe that reconstructive surgeons approach surgery differently than cosmetic-focused plastic surgeons, with a deeper focus on functionality, healing, and natural contouring. My armpits were left open to heal after he removed the infected tissue, and the size of my open wounds was about 5x5 inches. Thanks to his surgical precision and post-op care, I healed beautifully—my armpits fully closed, and I maintained full range of motion. I am beyond grateful for the work he did to restore my body. Seven months later, once I was fully healed, I went back to Kaiser to discuss cosmetic surgery. Since Dr. Hornik had already worked on my body and I felt so safe under his care, I trusted him completely to help guide my next steps. I knew I needed a tummy tuck and breast reduction, but I wasn’t sure which techniques would be best for me. Dr. Hornik carefully assessed my body and recommended a circumferential body lift to achieve the best results. I also let him decide the size of my breast reduction since I wanted them quite small—as someone who had a 46I cup at my heaviest, I was left with very little tissue after weight loss, so I trusted his expertise. One of the most incredible things about Dr. Hornik is how well he listens and affirms his patients’ choices. I did not want my nipples or areolas reattached after my breast reduction. I’m not non-binary, but I’ve never had a great relationship with my nipples and simply didn’t want them. Many surgeons would have questioned this decision or tried to persuade me otherwise, but Dr. Hornik did not. Instead, he affirmed my choice, told me it was totally fine, and even pointed out that not doing a nipple graft significantly reduced my risk of infection. Additionally, because of social media, I believed liposuction was necessary to achieve a sculpted, contoured shape. Dr. Hornik assured me that a skilled reconstructive surgeon can contour the body beautifully without lipo. I was willing to pay extra for it, but he made sure I didn’t waste money on something that wasn’t actually necessary. This level of honesty and ethical care is exactly what you want in a surgeon. I am currently 6 days post-op, and I feel amazing. My recovery has been miraculous—I have not experienced any pain yet, and although I’m swollen, I already love my new body. This journey has been a combination of my own hard work, my dedication to wellness and weight loss, and Dr. Hornik’s exceptional skills in reconstructive surgery. If you are looking for a surgeon who listens, explains, affirms, and truly understands reconstructive surgery, Dr. Ben Hornik is the one. I will continue to sing his praises across social media because the work he did for me was life-changing. For my before and after photos, you can follow me on Instagram: @opticalgoddess_.
What is going on with Kaiser E.R? They have people waiting 8-10 hours... People walking out? They need to fire the whole staff and start over!!! 😵💫
I want to give recognition to ER nurse Stephanie! I should have made this post in August! she is on my mind. I am thankful for her quick thinking! my son had a hemorrhage. post tonsillectomy adnoidelectomy on August 27th 2024 she ran down to the pharmacy and got the medication that was needed to stop the bleeding. she suctioned his mouth. directed the other nurses what to do. comforted myself and my child. I was scared I was going to loose my baby!! she was thinking ahead and had the nurse bring in the crash cart. it scared me but she reassured me that it was there as a precaution. Stephanie I cannot thank you enough for all that you did that night! you will forever have a special place in my heart!
The medication prescribed was not the correct one because I have a lot of mucus and the doctor just prescribed one for dry cough.
My Kaiser Permanente clients love their Medicare plans! All their records are in one system, so they don't have to repeat themselves at the start of every visit. Also, check this out: if KP can see you sooner than your planned appointment, they will send you a text offering you the new appointment time that's become available. Cool, right?
There’s a guy working there named Irv who is a known pedophile.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
