Dr. Luke Y. Teruya has zero charm and a flat 'bedside' manner. He is judgmental towards parents and indifferent towards children. Odd behavior since he specializes in pediatric dentistry. He also talks about his personal life, IE: discusses his spouse and children and makes comments which seem to suggest he is unhappy in his marriage and that his daughters are high maintenance. He should seek the services of a counselor or therapist and not discuss these highly private family matters with parents of young patients during an office visit. It is so unprofessional and makes for a very uncomfortable visit.
