I had an excellent experience with Dr. Otsuka. Really explained everything well and answered all of my many questions! Staff was professional. I am happy to have a local eye doctor I can trust.

I've been seeing Dr Otsuka's Dad Clive for many years. He is the best primary care I have had! One visit He recommended his son on one of my yearly visit check up. I know many of you think this could be subjective and I don't blame you as they are father and son! However this is not the case, as my experience was awesome! Knowledgeable, quick diagnosis, exam went well! The best part was, I could schedule my primary practitioner before or after! Nursing staff are always attentive, funny, and I love the courtesy calls and service! I always can count on them to help me in times of need or emergency tele health available.

Dr. Otsuka is great! Put me at ease and clearly knows his stuff. I also liked that he grew up here and came home after training on the mainland. Good local values.
