My experience with Dr. Ching and his Staff is hands down the best physician that I have had, in any area of practice. He is highly skilled, extremely kind, and a great listener to your desired outcome. I have always been 100% satisfied with Dr. Ching and his Staff!

My experience with Joleen who did my Picosure procedure, was nothing less than an awesome experience. Joleen was very kind and very professional. This was my first procedure of three so at first I was somewhat anxious. But she kept me informed of the whole process, and she answered all my questions, helped me relax and made my first experience a pleasant one. I can’t wait for Joleen to do my second and third procedure so I can look young again!

Absolutely knew they were the ones for me as soon as I started the consultation process! Everyone at Dr. Ching’s office put me first; they were always ensuring I was voicing what I was really wanting and feeling. Dr. Ching made me feel comfortable throughout the process of getting my breast augmentation - very gentle & respectful. Misty, Vanessa, Dr. Liu, Erin, Rachael, Amber and everyone else on my team was as sweet and professional as can be, and I have never felt so lucky to be their patient! As a nurse myself, I knew I was in good hands. This place is SPOTLESS and practices to the highest standard. Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery is top tier and I could not recommend them more!

I came to Dr Shim Ching to do a chin implant. When I had inquired about it last year I was quoted $4,000 over an email (I still have it). When I had inquired this year a couple months after, the price went up to $6,200... I had gotten a previous procedure done by a cheap surgeon and he didn't do the greatest so I decided I was gonna pay the money to get quality. I wanted my chin implant screwed down and he wouldn't do it, he said after it heals it won't shift and it'll stay in place (it does not stay in place, my chin implant moves up and down). On the day of my surgery, I did not get to talk to Dr Shim ching before the procedure. Multiple nurses got me ready and I waited in one of the rooms you get a consultation (this is also the room they did the procedure, not an actual operating room because this was an outpatient procedure). After my surgery I was told to take really strong Tylenol for the pain and I was not prescribed narcotics to help relieve stronger pain that Tylenol can't. I was in extreme pain after the anesthesia wore off and cried throughout the night. I had to wait till 7pm the next day to pick up my prescription and all I was told was sorry when I called and that they didn't notice that no one prescribed me anything. When the anesthesia wore off, I had feeling in both sides of my lip but the next day there was sharp nerve pains on my left and when the pain ended, I couldn't feel my left side of my face or lip. I thought that was weird because I've gotten previous surgeries and I had numbness immediately after surgery, I didn't suddenly lose feeling like this one. One month after my procedure I knew something was wrong because I could feel a bump on the left side where my chin implant ended. It felt like the implant wasn't laying directly on the bone and that's why I could feel it. There was also another bump growing above the implant and every time I laid on my left side, my face would throb and feel like sharp pulses running through my lower face. I've made numerous appointments and was given attitude because one month isn't enough time to heal. Eventually the bump above my implant grew so big that I can feel it inside my mouth. I went back and the nurse said she'll take pictures and show the dr but she didn't even get the bump area inside my mouth she just took a picture of my cheek inside my mouth. So I knew my complaint wasn't taken seriously. 7 months after surgery and the left side of my lower face is still in pain and I still got both bumps. It's also sitting crooked now on my face because the bump that grew above my implant pushed one side down. They constantly move my appointments around without asking me. I was suppose to have a follow up in October but it got moved to November, today. I've decided I'm not going to waste my time getting bs excuses. I have a consultation with another plastic surgeon to fix a simple procedure he couldn't do. I know I have nerve damage because of him. DO NOT GO TO DR SHIM CHING HE COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOU AND ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY! EXPENSIVE AND NOT EVEN QUALITY CARE!

Whenever I get asked, "Where and who do you go to for Botox and Fillers?"... hands down I say, "Go to, Asia Pacific Plastic Surgery and see my girl Britt!!" She's so kind, a great listener and answered all my crazy questions about Botox vs Fillers; then ultimately came up with my own personal plan for my facial esthetic goals. I couldn't be happier with Britt and she definitely gained a forever customer. Thank you Britt! You do amazing work!

5 stars for Brittney! I went here to get botox. The first time I went in, I was nervous but she instantly made me feel calm. She asked what I was looking to get out of Box, talked me through the process and made recommendations to help me achieve my goal. She was thorough, thoughtful and a total professional. I absolutely LOVED the results, felt beautiful and have since gone back. I can't see myself not having botox and there is no one else I would trust. I 100% recommend Brittney.

Having a major surgery done is not easy on anyone, after many consults with Doctors in Hawaii. I know I chose the right one! Dr. Shimching is not only knowledgeable and skilled, he listened to me. From the beginning of my process to post-op follow ups the staff are always friendly and made me feel welcomed. My consultation for fleur de lis abdominal plasty and arm lift gave me a realistic expectation and information to make an informed decision. You will be in great hands with Dr.ShimChing. 3 days out and I am already loving the results, can't wait for the swelling to decrease and see the amazing transformation!

I absolutely love this office of people! Super welcoming and kind! I've had Botox and lip filler with Brittney Whalen. She made me feel like I was in the best hands! And I was!! Anytime I go back I want to have her again. She just makes me feel safe and also she really informs you of everything you need to know and she is so honest and clearly spoken. I went in to see brit to do my very first cosmetic procedure. After long contemplation of getting lip fillers, I finally decided to schedule and get them done. My experience was awesome. Brit did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and being completely transparent about the pain and overall timeline of how my lips will transition immediately after the procedure and throughout the following two weeks. The pain was very minimal, she was gentle and allowed me to guide her with how much bigger I wanted to go. I love my new look and can't wait to go back.
