Friendly staff Best doctors and great facilities.

Please please please stop having events in Waimanolo that hold up people (traffic) for hours. You are stealing precious life from people, you need to have a place that has a better parking situation. PLEASE step outside your bubble and consider the affect you have on others.

My son was seen here, the orginal doctor was alright he seemed really concerned yet we left with no plan of action and no idea what was going on with his legs. His xray was taken there and his legs where not even straight... they wouldnt redo... the outsource shriners team didnt even have a doctor check in on us they didnt measure any angles nothing... then notes wise nothing was taken or noted at all on his file.. he legit has a empty file. Told them hes in pain and I guess that means nothing to them...

My brother Leeroy came there.....and he can't stop bragging about his splendid experience there...thank you Shriners hospital in Honolulu for treating my brother kindly.

Well I would like to give a big Thanks to shriners and staff! My son has been going since he was 2 .From Sacramento to Hawaii shriners, they do the best job, they are really helpful, my social worker Helena pontilas is super nice, knows how to do her job, and very caring . My son malachis life was saved because of shriners I am greatful for all the surgeries ,skin grafts and tissue expanders, we come from the islands and appreciate what we do not have , I love shriners because it's all about equality, and the health of the child , getting treatment to improve their lives, so with being said my son is 16 now and I am so thankful for shriners, and all the people who made shriners possible for the children may the Lord bless you all and continue with the great work ,oh and Dr. PELLET IS SO AWESOME . He loves working with children and so passionate about his job, very awesome person. My son appreciates you all.

Very friendly environment From the most Senior Doctor to the hard working staff nurses and each and every employees who has passion for their jobs and works extremely hard to the best satisfaction to its patients My son was one of the patient to this prestigious hospital and I must say that the service is so great,,above expectations and tremendously awesome. Above all,,the hospital itself is spotless easy to excess.We were so thankful that we had an opportunity to be treated in this well renowned hospital for children in Hawaii I take this time to sincerely thank Dr Pellet and his team from the Hardworking Care Managers to the friendly reception staff and security,, I salute you all for your great Passion in your daily work that you have been call for. Best place ever..I recommend Shriners 100%.. They have the best Staff, they are friendly, professional and really cares for your child.. My daughter had her ACL repaired in both knees due to basketball @ Shriners and THE STAFF WERE AWESOME.. I can’t thank them enough for everything..

Aloha. I was a patient of yours in 1981 from Samoa (Western). It was and still is the most beautiful moment of my life. An experience that live with me to these days. As a young child from a poor family in Samoa, the opportunity to be in such caring and loving hands of doctors and nurses completely inspired me to be who and what I am today. I arrived with next to no English but after 6 months, I went back home with the ability to speak and write fluently. I now live in Sydney Australia (24 years). I finally lived my dreams and passion as an artist/fashion designer and stage performer as an MC, Polynesian performing artist and choreographer. These was all inspired by my time at Shriners. A beautiful nurse name Rachel Makaila will always be in my heart. Such loving person. Thought I'll write and say thank you so much for making me walk again but most importantly, giving me life. Thank you. Ps! Not sure if you have images in your archives from back in 1981-1982... And would love to get in touch with with Rachel or her son. (I believe she only has 1 son). Kind regards

Been taking my daughter since she was 3 y/o and she is now 14. Great staff great doctors but seems totally different now since new staffs. The front staffs been screwing up on appt. and it's very frustrating to deal with. The back staff are still awesome. Plz, stay that way.
