Parking lot stalls are tight squeeze

Franciscan Vistas (owned my St Francis Healthcare System) in Ewa has a manager you should know about. Her name is Geraldine, and she is unethical. She is supposed to enforce the rules, but she breaks them instead. Here are some examples. She (and Hannah, her secretary) steal food bank food that is meant for the senior citizens who live there. Geraldine allows her family to eat and party in the pool area even though residents aren't allowed to do so. She doesn't seem to mind that Hannah is rude and talks down to the elderly. Residents of this retirement community aren't allowed to have long-term guests, yet she has her boyfriend living with her. She raised the rent by 21.62% to only certain residents which affects their portion out of social security just because she can. She dresses inappropriately and doesn't represent St Francis with the dignity they deserve. She also has removed people from the waitlist without notification and skipped over people who have been on the waitlist for four years! Geraldine has no property management experience which is on Indigo Real Estate Services for hiring someone with no training in senior citizen care and senior liability. Speaking of Indigo, back in 2018 a resident in their 70's tripped over a crack in the curb. This person was in the hospital for 3 days with a busted face. The management company never checked on them, never offered financial assistance, and to this day has NEVER filled in the crack! St Francis Healthcare System, is this what you want for the elderly that live there??? If you are really an organization rooted in faith and care, help these senior citizens by getting rid of the poor management!

Dropping off my wife and that landscaping old guy just blew off the rubbish dust on to my car , he didn't even said sorry or anything . He got no class!!

MRI horrible ancient machine got hot shocked me and had to wait for a cd to take to my doctor. Note I am also disappointed that my doctor even sent me there. When checking in the gentleman was rude mentioning about my check in time got lost was a bit confusing getting there and had to wait about 20 minutes or more anyways. The positive was the young lady that got me set up to have the mri. She was respectful kind and caring she I would give 5 stars. Sadly I would never go there again and will share my concerns with my doctor it was scary getting shocked never that happened and the heat and louder then others too.

Nothing is more confusing than this place and I've never stepped foot in the building... First of all I think I checked into the wrong site (St Francis Medical Center) not sure why they have the other one and if anyone visits this place as the reviews re next to nothing for either one so here I go. My initial visit is to Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services which says St. Francis Medical Center 2230 Liliha St Suite 106 Okay as soon as I get there I see a parking entrance to the left and immediately went in and parked on the first floor thinking I got the best parking right next to the elevator which has the directory floor that had no notation of HDRS...!? Got in the elevator and went on the 2nd floor...nope still parking and obviously didn't see the part on the directory that says "Take elevator to Level P3" OMG! So I walked around while it heavily rained passed 2226 and 2228 Liliha so the main building must be 2230!?!? Then hallelujah I see a sign that says HDRS so I approached forward and a security at the front asked where I was going and directed me to it which is just to the right of the main entrance. Only to leave when I was done to see there was another parking entrance with walkway directly to the garage hahaha!!! Parking I absolutely agree is very tight and tricky I almost ran into a pole after fixing my car from the last that cost me $300 you know I wasn't thrilled about that, no more anxieties as I don't want to park here though don't know why there's a fee since they all fully validate. Thanks!
