I am 16 years old and he saw me in person after months of consults. I was having penile pain and he gave me a PE to check for any abnormalities. In the end he said that he couldn't make a diagnosis and he had no idea what my pain was coming from. It ended with him recommending to stop masturbating and having sex. I was disappointed with this answer but he did as much as he could, and he educated me on the specific parts.

We moved to Hawaii from the mainland and needed to see a specialist for our son. Doctor Sutherland was recommended to us and we were very satisfied with our visit. He was very nice and answered all of our questions, explaining everything in a way we can clearly understand. Very happy with him and I would recommend him to everyone that needs pediatric urologist.
