Excellent doctor, attentive, listened to the concerns I brought, had a caring professional attitude. Attended to my aliments. The receptionist and nurse were both professional, accommodating, and nice. I had a very short wait time in the waiting room, wow!

Look no further, the doc is better than the best - he did me 3 yrs ago at 82 for prostrate, kidney stones etc. - the only issue is that there are ONLY 5 stares for his rating. Michael Kroll, from Big Island

If I could do a MINUS Star, would! I was sent to see him 4/2021, my complaint was left kidney pain. I was aware I had 2 small kidney stones a year before. He ordered an Xray (totally useless) & proceeded to tell me i couldn't possibly be feeling any pain because they hadn't moved. Then on 3/2022 I had a scan WITH contrast as pre surgery prep for TAVR. That scan discovered a renal mass. 5/26/2022 I had biopsy & cryoablation done on 2.1 mass. Had he LISTENED to me, he SHOULD HAVE ordered a CT Scan with contrast & my kidney cancer would have been discovered more than a year earlier!! He was rude & dismissive & I immediately complained to my referring GP after my visit. I will have follow up in 3 months & hopeful. But, I'm still FURIOUS at his indifference to my concern... do not recommend him, EVER!!

Dr. Sergei Tikhonenkov is a brilliant urologist. He helped my friend who had prostate cancer. This man lived to be very old. Recently he helped my son with a prostate issue. He explained everything to us. Sure enough when we received the blood test all was well. This doctor is a valued asset to the community. I am sure he devoted many years to perfect his profession. Thank you Dr. Tikhonenkov you are very much appreciated. We love you for helping us. You get five brilliant gold stars for such great work. Keep up the fantastic job. May God Bless and Keep you. We are very fortunate to have you here in Hawaii.

Thru Dr Tikhoenkov's expertise I am in remission.. After being diagnosed with stage 4 Rena cell carcinoma and surgery, he recommender go in to the Cancer Center Queen'si n Honolulu. With Dr Chong's recommendations started tretment . Dr T' sfollow thru is incredible. I owe my life to him. We are so lucky to have a professional like him.
