She's brilliant, caring, extremely knowledgeable, always on the mark when it comes to prescriptions and specialized medical. referrals. I too hope that in the future she will return to Maui. Via con dios Dr. Jessica Wong y tu la familia.

I am a registered nurse so not a patient but deal with many of her patients, especially those recently discharged from the hospital. Dr. Jessica Wong is truly one of the best doctors in Maui. I am devastated to hear she is going back to San Francisco. Her patients and I are already in mourning and she hasn’t even left yet! Lol. If you are in San Francisco and need a PCP, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Wong. Mahalo and please come back to Maui if you can, Dr. Wong!!!

I was out of insulin and it cost over 600 dollars for five pens that last me only 4 days. I had no way of getting anymore and my sugar was over 600. She left work when she was finished, called my local pharmacy and then drove almost an hour to the the pharmacy, paid the over 600 dollars herself, drove another almost half hour to where I live on Maui and then drove home (I presume) which was another at least 45 minutes. On a Friday night no less - and yes I did pay her right then for the insulin. A Maui Medical doctor made both a house call and a delivery of medicine because I had no way of getting to the pharmacy myself and none of my neighbors or friends were available to help this 71 disabled retired MD! And she listens! Sh knows "her stuff"and knows her limits and a very sweet personality and never makes one feel rushed and it's very clear- she cares about her patients! (and her almost brand new baby!)

I have never seen a doctor like that before. Won’t listen and let me speak, dismisses your concerns and says just to accept your body as is. It took me half a year just to get that appointment and then to hear your doctor be that annoyed and dismissive towards you, just shows how much she actually cares for her patients. No compassion, no patience.

Dr. Wong took over my former doctor's patients. I am now number 4 of people I know switching to someone else because she does not have time for her patients. Has been impossible to see her, phone calls rarely returned. I was called one hour before my scheduled appointment (which I planned my day for) that it was now telehealth... unacceptable as I required in-person as I have complicated medical conditions, and almost no notice. Her receptionist informed me she was home with her kids... and was supposed to have let me know beforehand it would be telehealth... It had been planned that she would not be in the office, giving me no choice but to accept telehealth, in my opinion it is very unprofessional and negligent and not what you want in a doctor or staff. Dr. Wong left a voicemail telling me "If I want to reschedule at the end of the month she should be back in the office at that point" my appointment was on 2/9... so she knew all along would be out of the office; she also said in the voicemail "I'm just trying to keep myself and my family safe at this time." That is why I was going to my doctor's appointment; to keep myself safe as well, by seeing a doctor and getting ongoing care for my medical conditions Find a doctor that cares, in my opinion, Dr. Wong does not.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wong and found her bedside manner to be absolutely incredible. She took genuine, caring time with me to answer all my questions and hear out my concerns, as well as create a plan of care that works for me. I cannot thank her enough for making me feel at ease and safe.

After my gynecologist retired I researched and found a new doctor, not Wong, that I booked an appointment with. However, the person who I booked the appointment with insisted I needed a second appointment with a regular gynecologist who does general annual exams and is not a specialist so reluctantly I agreed.I completed my first visit with the doctor I picked who has been amazing. Soon after I went to my second appointment to finish my regular annual exam as was suggested by the office but was surprised that Wong spent the majority of time whining that she is only one of two doctors who does annual exams giving the impression she wanted to be a specialist and trying to convince me multiple times that I should go to my primary physician to do women's health issue exams. What!? I have never heard of this and know my primary physician does not specialize in women's health issues which is why there are gynecologists. She went on and on in a loop including about her previous experience in other practices making me increasingly feel that this was a waste of time. I felt unwelcomed and Wong seemed annoyed even though I did not request this appointment in the first place. She also brought up my age in a very negative way making me feel bad about being old as she is very insensitive to this subject. She also had no knowledge about the latest evidence-based scientific research and just stared at me when I brought up a fact. She appears to be also unfamiliar with the Nurses' Health Study.Once I got out of this appointment I noticed a message that the office left me asking me if I wanted to cancel it since it is a duplicate of the appointment as I have already seen the other doctor I picked. It is absolutely outrageous that this office has the nerve to tell me I needed to see Wong and then tell me the opposite afterwards. This was a complete waste of time!

Dr. Wong delivered my first baby and is now managing my care with my second pregnancy as well. She listens to her patients, and I felt very comfortable in her care. I ended up needing to be induced with my first son and her goal was to try and get the medicine to mimic as closely to natural labor as possible, rather than just ramping things up and trying to get the baby out as quickly. She is also part of a practice with several other OBs who are equally great, so you know you're always in good hands.

I visited Dr. Wong for my first pap smear. She had a decently open schedule that allowed me to work around my work schedule. Everything was really smooth from start to finish. I didn't have to wait long at all to see her and the place was actually quite empty (around lunch time). She was very kind and friendly towards me and explained everything to a first-timer. I really appreciated her bedside manner. She offered me whatever services they were able to give me and explained them in detail. She not only made me feel comfortable, but also was quick during the process. The whole thing probably only took about 15-20 minutes. I received a call back from the office indicating my results and was informed that I could view all my information online. Thanks Dr. Wong!

Dr. Wong is my wife's doctor. She is fabulous! She listens. Office staff is friendly and well organized. My wife is very happy with Dr. Wong.
