Marc Rosenthal Md's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to Dr. Rosenthal by one of my friends. And I'm glad I decided to have him care for me during my pregnancy. His office staff and nurse practitioner Cathy were very professional and took care of all my needs and concerns. I also want to say thank you to Tiana (not sure if I spelled her name correct, so sorry if I didnt) who was very helpful and accommodating in assisting with future appointments and my referrals for my pregnancy needs. Overall thank you Dr. Rosenthal and his staff for taking care of me and the delivery of my big and healthy 8lb baby boy.

Great doctor, hard wax in my ears was giving me problems with my vertigo. After cleaning my ears the problem went away and I can hear better. No problem with his staff either.

Made an appointment and informed them of my insurance information at the time that I made the appointment. They told me that they would call to verify benefits and let me know the day before my appointment if there were any issues. Never heard from anyone so I showed up for my appointment as scheduled and they turned me away because they don't accept my insurance. They need to get it together. What a complete waste of my time and so unprofessional. Not even an apology from the front desk staff.

This doctor is awesome and very thorough and empathetic toward all his patients so is his wife Jody Aronson. They are the best .

This doctors office is so disorganized and difficult... I wouldn’t waist your time. It’s been the most frustrating experience. There is no follow up, you will have to call the labs yourself to get results, and get ready for some serious attitudes... do yourself a favor and find a real allergist!

Dr. Marc Rosenthal is an excellent doctor. I had a planned c-section 5 years ago. My surgery lasted exactly 15 minutes! He is extremely confident in what he does which is so reassuring to a patient. Even after the delivery he had me come over to take care of the stitches and treated me for it so there are no scars. I don't think other doctors would go to this extra length. I may be writing this review very late, but to me it feels like he is the best doctor I have met during my time in the US.

If I could give him negative starts I would! This man is a monster! The first time I saw him was because an IUD was hurting me. The first question he asked me was "is it bothering your husband?" No concern for my pain or how I was feeling at all! I just saw him again last week for bad pain. I called specifically to get an ultra sound because I have a history or ovarian cysts. Once I was there he told me I could not have an in office ultra sound due to insurance. To go get one at the imaging center (who did not have an appointment for 2 weeks). He then did a pelvic exam and said "you must not be in that much pain because u didn't jump off the table" then prescribed me antibiotics for an un confirmed infection. When I went to pick up said antibiotics he had prescribed me something I'm allergic to!!!! He's an incompetent ass hole! I will never let him touch me again!PS I went to the ER and I DID in fact have an ovarian cyst rupture. So this fool just shoved antibiotics at me for no reason. He could have called the imaging center and requested a rush ultra sound. But it was easier for him to just throw pills at me

Great Doctor! I select this doctor because my original Obgyn had an open appt til Oct 8. Didnt want to wait to went with R.M. I think im staying with him.

Dr. Rosenthal has been my doctor for over 15 years. He delivered by baby via planned CSection because he doesn’t take risks with your body. He did my hysterectomy and my liposuction. I literally trust this man with my life!

The bedside manner is not their strong suit at the Torrance office however they absolutely know what they’re doing, the staff is professional you don’t see them chitchatting about their weekend or making jokes. The wait time can get a bit ridiculous at times but Dr. Rosenthal and Dr. Aronson performed my c section for my second child not only did they fix what the previous dr had messed up they did it so quick before I knew it may daughter was out and I was being put back together!
