It was great to be offered a same-day appointment BUT we ended up choosing to go elsewhere given that the person who answered the phone was lacking in any sort of customer service professionalism, read: abrasive, impatient, and rude. I'd imagine a face-to-face experience with this office would be horrific. HARD PASS.

Be aware and mentally prepared before stepping foot into this office. There is a reason she has same day appointments! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a Doctor like I did with Micki Ly. On top of making personal calls about her porch, while her patients are waiting in the cluttered rooms, she was extremely rude. She spoke to me for no more than a mintute before she sent her MA in. She was the opposite of what a healing practitioner should exude which is to help her patients. She is very temperamental. When I asked questions about a serious medication she was offering me for my acne, which can cause birth defects, her Medical Assistant told me I was wasting their time and that I should just google this information because I had "too many specific questions". I would never recommend Dr. Ly to my worst enemy. When it comes to peoples health, there should be a level of care and listening to her patients that she just cannot do.

The bad reviews here are ridiculous!!! Dr. Micki Ly was Awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, very polite and professional. Straight to the point and no bull. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

She made me wait an hour then said rudely,”why are you here very rudely”. I had to reschedule and then she was late. I walked out as she did not greet me nor apologize.

The person answers the phone has no education and professionalism. It seemed like the people works in the office never even had phone etiquette. It’s a shame that you pay for the service and yet you don’t get the service you deserved.

Just called her office to let her know my wife is running late. Very rude on the phone.

Dr. Micky is wonderful. I would not hesitate yo go back again. I would highly recommend her and her happy office.

This doctor is awesome. She's patient, kind, and gives u the best service she can , I think. She is on it and is good at what she does. She took one look at me and knew what my problem was . No hesitation. She confident and strong . Good doctor. I would Recommend her to anyone .
