I spoke to Evelyn who answered the phone and was extremely disappointed to be told that they could not see my 5 yr old daughter for an severe ongoing issue due to our religious beliefs of choosing not to immunize. This is extremely discriminatory and I will not be recommending this doctor to people who dont want to be discriminated by someone who has taken an oath.

Dr. Derieg took care of my 4 children and she and her staff were amazing!

Very professional, caring, REAL, doctor, and, staff. Easy access and, free parking.

The most positive thing about this doctor is she was very concerned about me being Post Partum. She talked to me and was truly interested in how I was adjusting. I will always be thankful for that. But when it came to my decision on immunizations I was basically kicked out of her office at my sons 9 month check up. I said I wasn’t going to be giving him MMR at 12 months until he was a little older. I felt talked down to or that I was stupid for making that decision. Left the office feeling lost and unwelcome as a new mother with a precious baby. Now I have found a doctor for my son who accepts my wishes and gives good information on both sides.

Dr. Derieg has been treating our 4 kids for over a decade and we are very happy with her care. She is always available, capable in her diagnosis, and kind to the kids. We appreciate this office and her knowledge!

Hands on and cares about the interest and wellness of the child/children , very genuine and patient , I would highly recommend her to everyone I wish I had her as a child!!!! I've been lucky to have found her for my first child and now my third goes to her! Very happy with this doctor!!'

When calling this office for an appointment, I was told to call back when the receptionist was there on Wednesday. Bad customer service.

Its sad to say that I never got the pleasure to meet Dr. Derieg, thanks to her unkind staff. I had gotten some great advice about Dr. Derieg & Dr. Laird but they too did not like the staff/receptionists because of their bad attitude. I too received the same bad attitude when I called one morning trying desperately to get my son an appointment. Their policy is if you do not show for your first appt. they will no longer help you, but the bad part is that they don't give any courtesy/reminder calls to let you know that you have an appt. coming up, they also never informed me of their "no show policy". I believe that the nurses/receptionists are the first impressions on the company and this was not a great first impression. They need to get more informative and friendly staff.

This dr. is terrible. I can never get an appt. in. I thought she was great at first, but than I saw how horrible her staff is including her. Her nurse was a meany too. The nurse is fat and hefty I think her name was Misty she was rude to my children. Derieg is a mess I heard she has family issues. Her practice is a mess. One time I couldn't get an appt. for three months a wellness check. Too bad she comes off as a caring person, but watch out shes very unorganized and is concerned about being paid not about the children. So sad.
