Registration was unfriendly, RN was not friendly. MD was ok. Was sent there from Urgent Care with active bleeding from wound. Was not checked on for eval for about an hour. Wound irrigation was very poor. Should have driven over to Queens. Do not recommend your ER

Agnes, the technician ***** was helpful and professional with taking me on time and stayed on task with my Echocardiogram. The ER Staff ***** was extremely helpful especially Checking me in, Dr. Dan, Nurses: Brittany & Heather, The IV Nurse, The Chest X ray Technician, The CT scan Staff, and The Psychology Student worker who visited with me right before I was discharged by 5 pm yesterday. Mahalo Ke Akua !!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Castle. The care I received was exceptional in every way. It seemed that, when it came to my pre- and post-surgical needs, no detail was too small. Every staff member went out of their way to see that I was well-informed and as comfortable as possible. And they did it with kindness. Mahalo!
