List of Bradley Lee's Reviews
Your health is his first concern.
I've been seeing Dr Lee for quite awhile. I have to say he is one of the best DoctorsI have. He always is very effecient and fast in answering my email questions. He also is good in calling me or emailing me back to follow up to see how my doing. He really takes time to listen to all my medical and even sometimes personal problems that have been effecting my health . If you want a very friendly and knowledgeable doctor with a great bed side manner, I would say give him a call.
As a new patient, it was so appreciated that Dr Lee was willing to spend over an hour with me on my first visit to ask meaningful questions to gain a better understanding of his new patient's perspective and treatment goals. He appears to be a deep listener who takes time to think things through very thoughtfully and considerately. His office staff appears to work quite efficiently together leaving me with the feeling that I was in a professionally operating system of support.
Professional, knowledgable. Fast service, never double booked (which is the reason I left my former PCP). Friendly staff and clean facilities. A lot of free parking.
I want to make a long story short and keep it factual. Dr. Lee had been my PCP since around 2001 when I moved to Kapolei. I have MS, a progressive neurological disease which causes gait and balance issues. I've have used a wheelchair since 2006. In July 2012 I had a bad fall while getting out of the pool after doing my daily morning laps. A nurse practitioner come to my house and assessed my injuries. She thought my ankle could be broken and told me to get to a doctor ASAP. In hindsight, I should've called an ambulance, but I worried about the cost of an ambulance for a non-life threatening condition. I couldn't drive with the sprain. Dr. Lee was the nearest doctor and I made the 4-mile round trip to his office in my wheelchair. When I arrived, I was in excruciating pain, my ankle and foot were swollen huge with purple bruising on the side of the ankle. I explained how I fell and was totally taken aback when he asked me if I was drunk when I fell. Anyone with MS finds it extremely offensive to be accused of being drunk. But coming from my doctor, who was well aware I have MS, it was even more appalling. Dr. Lee prescribed antibiotics and told me to come back in a week. I tried to explain that I had a sprain, possibly a break, not an infection. I asked for something to stabilize my ankle so I could do basic things like get in and out of bed and use the toilet without injuring it more, and something for the pain. He gave me no help, insisting again that the antibiotics should take care of it. I took the antibiotics for a week and also got an X-ray. When I came back to Dr. Lee he said, "I'm surprised the antibiotics didn't take care of that swelling." After viewing my X-rays and seeing there was an "anomaly," he referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. It was almost a month after my fall before my appointment with the surgeon. The pain and swelling had not subsided at all. The surgeon kept shaking his head as he said, "There's no surgery for something like this. It should have been in a boot from day one so it could heal in the right position. Now it's healed wrong and it's too late." I have lived with this injury for almost 4 years now. My ankle is still swollen and painful and collapses if I try to put weight on it. Dr. Lee never followed up. 3 years later, I went to Dr. Lee for a severe sore throat. His nurse swabbed my throat and when I left I was handed a paper that said the strep test was negative. Dr. Lee didn't look at my throat and I wasn't offered any help or advice for it. The next day my throat was worse, so I looked at it in the mirror. I was alarmed that my throat was white with red spots. 6 weeks later, someone from Dr. Lee's office called me to ask how my ankle was doing--the first follow up in 3 years. I told her it was no better, and after all these years I doubted it was going to get any better. And by the way, even though you didn't ask, my throat is still very sore. Dr. Lee called back and asked if I want to come in and have him look at my throat. I told him I'd made the 4-mile round trip in my wheelchair once to get help for my throat and all I got was a strep test. It's just too difficult to keep going back and forth. I have since changed doctors.
This is our family doctor and our family is very happy with this choice.
I had a great experience for my first visit. The receptionist, Chris was very nice and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment maybe because it was the first appt. But I usually schedule all my appts first in the am or first appt after lunch to avoid long wait. The MA was also nice. I think her name was Michelle. Dr. Lee took his time with me. We thoroughly discussed my carr and the plan of treatment and to follow up in a month. Got my screening appt made and labs ordered. I signed up for mychart and realized that my GYN was also linked to mychart. So I was able to view his records as well. DLS was also close by the office for those that needed lab tests.
Great doctor! Very informative, caring, & follows up on your medical condition.
Dr. Bradley Lee is top notch and wish he was my doctor. However, he is and has been my oldest son's doctor since he was a baby. He is kind and compassionate with kids, being a father himself. He also gives the right amount of lecturing to his young patients (and parents) to set them on the right path to healthier living. He doesn't seem to over-prescribe drugs and recommends minimal amounts to get the job done. A plus is his customer friendly staff - the nurses and admin girls are awesome people that know their jobs and are very helpful.Just a side note, the fact that his office is right next to a bunch of food places, grocery stores, and entertainment (Fun Factory) doesn't hurt his choice of location, and is a plus for after the doctor visit.
I have been going to Dr. Lee's office for a while and it pained losing his and his staff services due moving to Vegas. While under his care, Dr. Lee was great. I received the care and personal attention. He is not pushy and listened to my health concerns. When he was not available, there was Dr. Kim, who was attentive and caring to my concerns. Chris at the front desk is a gem. I always felt like I was part of a family. I am going to miss this office and Hawaii. I just want to Dr. Lee and his office for being there for me and my family when I needed them the most. Mahalo!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
