I've tried scheduling at least 4 visits when I needed to see a doctor over the last year. Dr. Ramones was never available to see me or it was a 2-3 week wait before I could see her. She cancelled on me the day of visits and didn't notify me til I arrived in person. Each time I needed to see her, she referred me to urgent care instead. My worst experience with a physician I've ever had. I switched primary care physicians and would never recommend Dr Ramones to anyone.

My first visit with Dr Ramones was friendly, comfortable and informative. There were questions that I had, and she answered each one. My other pcp never recommended a bone density X-ray, but she did. I highly recommend Dr. Ramones.

1st appointment, worst experience. Doctor was extremely rude, condescending and told me I was going to die because I don't take care of myself. She made assumptions without asking my medical history. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to treat a cat. I cried the whole way home. I'll never go there again. I was just there for a physical and setup a new PCP. Won't be her!!!!!

1st appointment, worst experience. Extremely rude and condescending. Made presumptuous without asking my history. Constantly complaining about taking over 'Kaiser patients'. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't want her even treating my cat! I left crying after her bullying me. I'll never return.

While looking around Oahu for Doctor’s I had some friends speak highly of Dr Darlene Ramones and said I should go see her. She has a fantastic bedside manner and really takes the time to get to the bottom of what is ailing you! I wish more doctors these days took time to listen to patients needs, lucky for me, I found Darlene! I know she will be able to help me and my family here on Oahu for many years to come!

Dr. Darlene Ramones is an amazing doctor. She is compassionate, and very professional. She helped my mother manage her diabetes and kept a close eye on my own health concerns. She is a thorough doctor that leaves no stone unturned. Dr. Ramones is very articulate and accommodating in her practice. Everyone at the front desk checking you in are so professional and caring. Definitely a solid team showcasing professionalism, always up keeping up with their appointments/follow-up’s.

Dr. Ramones was recently FIRED from Queen’s Healthcare System. Be very cautious about this physician.
