They deserve zero stars. They lie about getting paperwork signed by doctors in time. This happened twice to us now. We will be switching ASAP. save time and energy and stay away fromkaiser

The employees are always nice and helpful. They make each visit enjoyable. They are pretty high tech at this location which I like. The wait times are not terrible but the pharmacy line can be long at times.

This place is absolutely beautiful. First: The inside of the building, it's gorgeous, full of new technology and local art, which is stunning.Second: All of the people that work the door area are just so friendly and helpful. Literally from the moment you walk in. One man (I wish I got his name) that helped me, came around to look for me just to let me know how I would be billed for the specific visit I was there for. I thought that was really nice of him.I've been here maybe 6 times since the opening in April, and other than the chaos of being there the first day they opened, it has been fantastic every time.Only complaint: I just wish Kaiser would open a hospital on this side. A hospital would have been better than just a medical center.

I've received both my shots from Kaiser Permanente and both times they were very kind and compassionate towards me.I'm very squimish and they were unphased by it and helped me through both times.Very fast and good care!

The clinic is beautiful, spacious and clean...the reason I am giving it 2 stars is that I went into the after hours clinic and it was empty except for maybe 3 patients. The way they built the new facility lends nothing to privacy when you're in an exam room at all. The PA saw the patient in the room next to me before my visit and I could hear the entire conversation as if I was in the room!! They were not even talking loud at all. I heard the patients name, symptoms, lab results being given to her, medical history as she relayed it to the PA. The walls look like hard material dividers but I guess no one accounted for the privacy of our visits. It was a very uncomfortable feeling for me. Of course when she came to see me I knew for a fact that the patient in the room next to me could hear our whole conversation too!! Not a comfortable feeling at all. Oh, and by the way, your last name and 1st initial are on a TV screen outside in the waiting area so we both knew each others last names too. Maybe management should review the Federal HIPAA laws???
