Cannot recommend Dr. Irene and the entire clinic more!! Dr. Irene is extremely patient, an amazing listener and a wonderful doctor. She exhibits amazing care and attention to detail with her patients, and was amazing at following up and checking in. If we had health issues that extended into the weekend, she would check in on a Monday to see how our daughter was doing. The office uses a messaging app that was super easy to get in touch with the doctor for any concerns. They are super prompt at replying and there was always availability for a same day appointment if we needed to come in. The staff is so wonderful and personable - they all knew us by name and were so kind every time we visited. Last, Dr. Irene's clinic room has a busy board that our daughter LOVED, there is a climbing ladder in the waiting room, and we got stickers at every visit -- these little details made a trip to the doctor not so bad!

All services that we received from Dr. Irene is excellent. Her and her staff John and Summer are friendly and ensure that we are properly informed about health and care. Dr Irene explained everything to us in a very clear manner, even though we always go for same reasons. She's so incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my kids and sibling health but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It's rare to find a doctor that combine such personal touches and care for patient as a person with understanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient.

Dr. Irene is an incredible doctor! We were so lucky we got an appointment with her, and she handled my daughter’s medical issue perfectly. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

While wonderful for treating illnesses like strep throat, Dr Irene collected data on our child that clearly showed a disease, but she never mentioned it to us. Only when we were switching practices did I see the charts that clearly outlined a year of issues never brought to our attention. We had to ask her about the illness she should have caught a year before I brought it to her attention.

I feel like my kids are in the best hands with Dr Irene. She gives excellent medical care and we feel heard when we have questions or concerns. I recommend anyone looking for a pediatrician to go see Dr Irene at Champs Pediatrics.

Dr Irene’s office uses an app to communicate inquiries/appointment reminders/summaries etc… this is so much easier than calling an automated system or being transferred from a call center and waiting. They respond same day or next day through the app. Our Appointments are super quick and she is caring and informative when you have concerns or questions. The staff has always been friendly and positive… they seem to enjoy working there. I wished we lived closer but it’s been worth the drive.

We love Dr. Irene and her office! She really goes above and beyond other pediatricians’ offices (including on the mainland) to help her patients feel comfortable and safe, as well as to keep the lines of communication open with parents. There are many details she has paid attention to that make the in-office experience much less stressful than other places. For example, she keeps her office warm so that babies don’t get cold during their exams. That was a big deal to us when we went there and makes a huge difference in baby’s comfort. The office staff is also very kind and efficient. We weren’t expecting to have BETTER medical care here for our baby than we would have on the mainland, but Dr. Irene has made that happen here on Maui for her patients and we highly recommend her to anyone!

I was so impressed with Dr. Irene Papaconstadopolous. Everything is at her practice is streamlined and organized. Paperwork all sent beforehand in an easy to use digital format. Communication was clear and office easy to access. Went for our 18 month old’s check up and it was the most time I have ever been able to spend with a doctor! She even administered the vaccines. She was thorough, friendly, and creative in approach to making my toddler comfortable and engaged. So happy to have a competent, friendly, organized, and WONDERFUL pediatrician on Maui. Such a blessing. Mahalo!

Dr. Irene is truly an incredible pediatrician. Your child is in perfect and gentle care in her hands. She stays up to date on the latest research and is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her as your child’s doctor.
