Doctor Sherrer and his crew is absolutely wonderful and kind. I could tell he cared that I received good honest care and took the time to do that. The wait was not long and everyone was working with different patients so everyone was seen in a timely manner. I would be returning for many years.

Disrespectful of my time and totally unapologetically for making me wait 2 hours for what was a short 5 minute consult. It did not appear that Dr. Larry Sherrer listened or cared and it felt that he did not want to be there. What an utterly unpleasant experience. (Thanks however to the friendly staff that were helpful and tried to cover for him).

Pacific Eye Center went out of their way to help me out. They kept in contact with me until we were able to work out a time I could come in for an eye exam. Every time I come to the office the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy doing business with the P.E.C. and would recommend them to anyone who needs glasses on Kauai.

Great service in person, however, I had an issue with my glasses. I called multiple times, and each time I was told I would receive a call back. I never received that call. They never updated me with any developments in regards to my issue and left me in the dark. I spent $500+ on glasses to be treated as if I wasn’t a valued customer.
