Dr, Satterbeg's leaving the Tradewinds practice finally prompted me to write a review that is long overdue. I have been an RN for over 35 years and have worked with, and have been a patient of many MD's. Dr. Satterberg is truly one of the very best! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she's a great listener and will incorporate your opinions about your own health care whenever feasible, She's very kind and will offer the needed hug when necessary, I have referred her to many grateful others

I have and will continue to tell all my friends about Dr. Satterberg. She is the best doctor I have ever had. My wife sees her now as well, and so does my step-daughter. She is sensitive, very knowledgable and has the best "bedside manner".

Dr. Satterburg is the most compassionate MD I have ever been a patient with. She listens and then offers her medical opinion very clearly and is so pleasant to talk to.

Dr. Satterberg herself is excellent. However, I went in Monday and had a urinalysis. Everyday, for 4 days, I called in to see if the results were back. They told me no for 4 days. I was getting more and more upset that a urinalysis would take so long. Finally on the 5 Thanks. day, I insisted to speaking to the doctor to find out why it takes so long. Then they called me back and said, the results were in for several days!!! Unacceptable staff!! Incompetent!!

Dr. Satterberg is far and away one of the best physicans I've ever had - her calm demeanor, caring bedside manner and knowledge all make for as pleasant an experience one can have going to the doctor. I gladly drive across the island to see her...she's that good. Nursing staff is great too, I just wish the front office ladies were as kind and efficient. Unfortunely they always come off as rather condescending and unwelcoming, as though you're inconveniencing them.

Dr. Satterberg really took the time to listen to me and offered different options to remedy my ailment. She did not rush me through my appointment as other doctors might. She might not be from here but Oahu is lucky to have such a kind, caring doctor.

It's incredibly disheartening to see the first review for such a great doctor begin with she's not from here. Being born and raised on this island, we should be lucky to have such a caring and talented physician as Dr. Sattenberg choose to practice here. She is incredibly personable, kind, and straightforward. I'm glad to have her as a doctor.
