Wayne Suga's Online Review Report Card

Dr Suga has been my primary care doctor for more than 10 years. I trust him and have referred friends and family to him. I appreciate that he helps me sort out root causes for my physical issuses rather than just prescribing meds to treat the symptoms. I have never felt rushed during an appointment with him.

Doctor Suga has been my doctor for awhile and I am very pleased with his services. First off his staff is so friendly and accommodating. He is very informative and takes his time with you. You never feel rushed with Doctor Suga compared to previous doctors I had in the past that made you feel like you are in a herd of cattle. God bless you Doctor Suga and staff! Don't let the low stars fool you, go see him!

Dr Suga and his staff have been our primary care team for more than 9 years. We are grateful to get appointments with limited wait. During appointments, Dr Suga takes time to search for root causes, rather than just treat symptoms. Kudos to him, and to his assistants Jo and Maria.

Been with Dr. Suga 10+ years. He reminds me of my dad. :-) He loves to teach you..not just diagnose you. So I appreciate that...doesn't seem like he is tryijg to rush you info prescriptions, which I don't like being on. Loce his staff too!

We have been rescheduled 3 times and been told that he had to see medical records a few days before in order to be his patient. We lost trust on him.

At his first office location, he complained about people and something to do with money or office supplies. I just remember him griping about his office staff in that respect. Then, at his next office location (he relocated), he complained about my insurance coverage. I felt very uncomfortable. He was very cynical. He made me feel guilty and terrible. I also remember him complaining about Patsy Mink and her push for females in sports, which led to his judgements about women working and raising families.

My husband was a patient. We had no idea Dr Suga had any issues with him or his condition. When dr agreed to a second knee replacement (with my husband’s knee dr) Dr Suga agreed, filled up the pre-op form required, wished my husband good luck, shook hands & also scheduled an appt for a follow up. Well I don’t think my husband & I are hard to work with. After the surgery, however, we received a letter from him saying he no longer want my husband as his patient. We were thinking, it has to be a mistake. We tried to contact him by phone and a registered mail, for an explanation but no reply whatsoever. Luckily we found another primary care doctor esp after surgery. We still want to know why he dropped my husband.

The wait time seemed a bit ridiculous. But then he spent over half an hour with me going over and above in answering my questions and taking the time to diagnose my problem. i have NEVER had a doctor spend so much time with me and explain things in such detail. He is very abrupt and will not sugar coat anything. If you need a happy, smiley, make you feel warm and fuzzy kind of doctor, he is not it. If you want a no-nonsense doctor that cares, I highly recommend Dr. Suga

I find Dr. Suga to be very courteous, professional and caring. Spends time educating his patients by explaining diagnosis, showing computerized illustrations, discusses treatment options, and is willing to listen. I would highly recommend him.

Wasn't sure what to expect but when I arrived for my first visit, he is a direct, to-the-point doctor. He is thorough when explaining his diagnosis and when answering your questions. And that's what I like, just tell me what's wrong and how to cure it. His staff is warm and courteous. I would recommend Dr. Suga as an internist.
