Horrible service. Today I had scheduled my first appointment. My appointment was set for 8:45am. It was clear that I was their first appointment for the day. I arrived at 8:25am. I noticed that the sign indecated Friday's hours were from 8:30am till noon. At this point I figured no problem I'm just a little early. Five, six, seven minutes goes by. The door is still locked. FedEx shows up with a delivery. The delivery person had to knock quite hard to get someone to open the door. A elderly woman opened the door, took the package and locked the door again. At this point I'm getting annoyed. I knock and the elderly woman opens the door "she's dressed like a dental assistant." Ask my name "I'm the only one there at 8:37am." who did she think I was? I digress. Anyway she says they will call me when their ready. Keep in mind I am the first patient of the day. Five more minutes go by. Now I'm irritated. I go to their website where it says that they open at 9:00am. Now let's see. Sign on the door says open at 8:30am, website says 9:00am and they gave me a appointment at 8:45am. As far as time management, Domino's pizza does a better job. OK to sum it up, surprisingly I would not recommend Rebecca Cabatbat "Ever." The receptionist called a little after 9:00am asked if I was waiting outside. Explained to her that I left, and stated my reasons. Apologies are for actions that were unforseen and beyond your control, not for lack of paying attention to detail. There I feel better now.
