Dr . Jenkins is amazing!

If you know me, you know my expectations are sky high. First of all, I want to compliment the lovely ladies who helped me to get an appointment. I don’t remember their names but the phone call was very pleasant. Mahalo!!! Secondly, the text reminders was super helpful as well as filling out the documents online was good experience. When I checked in today, the receptionist was very polite and kind, smiling. Love it! Lol The person who took my vitals, did my EKG, I forgot to ask her name again but she was amazing. I loved her attitude and her overall demeanor , personality and she seemed to love her job. Love it! I saw APRN Jasmine Kaanapu! Mahalo Doctor Kaanapu for your thorough evaluation , analysis and your compassion and understanding. I truly appreciate it. I also appreciate you taking my concerns about my health VERY SERIOUSLY!!!! Because of you and your discernment and quick thinking , you sent me to the ER and I’m glad I came. I’m here sitting in the ER ROOM waiting for my blood lab results , and also a cardiologist. I’m so thankful to you, Doctor Kaanapu!!! I really wish you could see children too… The receptionist told me when I asked for my son to establish care that I needed to be referred to pediatrics. That sucks , cause after todays appointment with you, I would trust you to see my children…. Seriously. Like I said in the beginning, my expectations are high and I’ve been to the doc/hosp a lot to know who’s a good doctor. Anyways, my experience with Wahiawa Health has been excellent so far. Thank you!

I would give no stars if possible. This place tanked after Dr. Pascua left; the only reasonable individual at this location. Hire an external organizational consultant, it’s necessary.

This office was once a decent and reliable place, ever since the old head nurse left everything is in disary. Meaning after seeing or talking with anyone in this office non of your paperwork gets done or is in limbo waiting for a Doctor to fill the space, yes there is no Doctor at this facility on certain days. Even if you schedule an appointment it doesn't mean things gets done, like doctors note not being sent in, or files not being updated. Just in total shock on how such a facility is managed. You can sound professional but are you proficient in your craft medicine/health is time sensitive.

I'm a patient of Dr. Haunani Louis and she is awesome. Her knowledge of health and medicine is off the charts. You'd be very lucky if she is your doctor, you're in very good hands.

Wahiawa Health did it again! They called and stated that a patient cannot have 2 appointments in the same day. We had an appointment with his current doctor at Wahiawa Health for breathing and pain at 7:40 am and then followed with his scheduled appointment with Psychiatrist for his recommendation for CCS Services. They cancelled his physical appointment so that we can meet with Psychiatrist for the form. At this point they said they will do it Telehealth because she wont be in office. We are sick and tired of this Clinic so we agreed just to get it over with. This has been such a frustrating journey that lasted for 7 months now, through the months they have lost the forms several times, claimed they never got it, or when they finally did and we got to see the therapist they filled out the form incorrectly. It has been a miserable and wasteful journey with Wahiawa Health and I am praying this is the last. We are changing PCP and healthcare to another provider. The staff is unprofessional, unknowledgable, and ignorant to any patient needs or protocol of their procedures in their own clinic. Thank you Jesus we are over with this provider.

Dr. Robert Collins in Womens Health is absolutely amazing, personable, with the best bedside manner. The whole staff in the clinic is warm and welcoming and full of aloha. I highly recommend! Mahalo for excellent patient care and customer service. So blessed that you serve our community!

Dealing with this clinic has been a nightmare. They are so disorganized and call constantly to set up appointments that have already been set up... Like they seriously called me 10+ times a week for a month. I told them they aren't a good fit for me and that I am seeking care elsewhere. However, they continue to call me requesting payment. I never had a successful appointment with them since they canceled two appointments in a row due to issues with their video conference system before I called it quits. I never filled out any paperwork or anything, zero care was provided, yet I continue to receive calls and am somehow being billed $390. I just want them out of my life

Dr. Jenkins is so great & her communication/response time is impeccable. The staff also does a great job relaying info to her in a timely manner. I trust the doctor with my daughter & hope to have for a long while.
