Patrick Murray's Online Review Report Card

Gives doctors a bad name. This guy is the literal reason people hate going to the doctor. The office manager was sweet but the rest of the staff I encountered were rude and seemed overworked. Not only was dr Murray a condescending jerk, he is also incompetent. I had to ask for an MRI after my x-ray showed an abnormality in my spine. He said the other doctor at the hospital "probably " read it wrong. Wouldn't you rather be sure?? It's my spine.... Incredible, and I knew it was not going to be a good visit when I was waiting in the room for about a half hour and I heard him yelling at the patient in the next room.

The doctor was condescending, and impatient with my questions.   He seemed genuinely turned off by me; and couldn't wait to get out of the examining room.   He had absolutely no levity; nor any attempt at a smile.Because he was so adverse toward taking the time to thoroughly explain my condition to me; I'm not quite sure that he diagnosed me right.Perhaps, he knows what he's doing; but he has a very poor bedside manner

Dr. Murrey, who I must thank again, tended to my leg injuries that had me immobilized for 6 months. I still couldnt walk. Then he did a bone scrape and ordered me to walk the following day. It felt like he did a "MAGIC MIRACLE" on me!! Im so grateful he is the absolute BEST in HIS FIELD!!! I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING HE HAS DONE FOR ME!!!

I would like to thank Dr. Patrick and staff. He is a wonderful surgeon, he took me right away and fixed my broken wrist. My fracture was bad, now my bone is perfect! Michelle Calendar

The best. Impeccable. A surgeon's office staff has to make the most of his finite time. I am quite sure not every patient understands this.Love my new knee. Queen's surgical service is world class.

Dr. Murray is knowledgeable, patient, and professional.  Most important to me is that is he an active listener and very responsive to my concerns and questions.  I trusted him so much I chose him to do my hip replacement.  Excellent care in the OR and post op.  Dr. Somber from this office did my ankle surgery.  I LOVE both the Drs. and the Staff.  I highly highly recommend NEO and Dr. Murray and Dr. Somberg.

Dr. Patrick Murray took me in right away and performed surgery. My wrist was badly broken, now my bone is perfect. Staff also great.

This is my second procedure with Dr. Murray. First, the right hip in 2016. Soon the right knee. If I wasn't pleased after my first procedure, I would not be returning for a knee replacement. He is very knowledgeable and professional without being overbearing or superior. I am actually looking forward to being pain-free soon and know that I will have the best care by him and his staff.

After an hour wait for my 86 year old Grandmother he spent 5 minutes with us, during which I tried to explain my grandmother has Alzheimer's he dismissed be several times not allowing me to speak, as he rushed out I said I was trying to explain she has Alzheimer's, he rudely responded well that was obvious when she repeated herself over and over then proceeded to rush us down the hall to pay for our visit, they charged me $50 for her X-ray even though the insurance said it was covered it, when I called back to get her xrays sent over to Crystal Run (they have amazing doctors, patient and very knowledgeable, average wait time 10 min) I called Dr Murray office for 2 weeks straight Left several voicemails not a single response. Finally called this morning they said I have to pay an additional $15 just to put the xrays on a cd. If I could give this place negative stars I would, THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF . IF you care about your health and well-being  and want to be treated with respect like a human being take your business across the street to CRYSTAL RUN they are 5 stars!

Doctor is friendly enough however the front office staff is very rude. Glad I don't have to see them too often...
