Complain front desk not good communication n even I drive to Maui lani from Lahaina that wasting gas n my time. Dumb ass. And also, all front desk not friendly... don't mean. And never said aloha n for nothing. Going filed complaint.

Although not what I had planned today, I spent the day in urgent care. I could not have asked for better care! From the very first nurse who screened me outside, for everyone's safety, to the nurses who made sure I was comfortable and well cared for while waiting for labs and more information. PA who was kind and patient and made sure I was feeling better before I left.. I'm so very grateful to have amazing care.Aloha

I went to have lab work done at Kaiser Maui Lani Clinic. Waited less than 10 minutes and received wonderful service from the staff. Quick and painless! Thank you for providing such great care to your patients!

Tried to refill meds over the phone. The call is transferred to the pharmacy. They said they will contact doctor for approval will take couple of days to get meds. After a week still no meds called again, same story . So frustrated went to the office. They need lab work.

The PA was very rude. Seems like she was rushing me and asking if i need a doctor's note etc... i said no i just wanted the PA check my injured knee. The PA's voice sounded like i wasted her time and shows an angry face.. those commercials about kaiser Permanente on T.V. is plastic.

Called back and forth for about an hour( not exaggerating) to schedule an Appointment for drive thru Covid Test, no one knows who called me. The voicemail that nurse had left me does not state first name clearly, (a lady named Mel or Melvin) last name is not indicated. Customer service reps scrambling to see who she is and states that there is no one named that. Really frustrating! There is no type of clear communication within their employees. Needs to have some type of system to better the appointment scheduling!
