Dr. Roston is great! Down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, & has a good bedside manner. She is easy to talk with, which put me more at ease & less nervous/anxious during my procedure. The staff are all very friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere during my visits to the Clinic.

I missed an appointment during covid....... They never reminded me about appointment during covid... and canceled me which was TOTALLY their fault.. Don't waste your time with an uncaring docto... Who only cares about you for your $$$$$money$$$$$$$$$ Because if you don't show up he cannot bill the VA.... He definitely does NOT care about you the human being.. ITS CLEAR,.....HE ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR $$$$MONEY. *****BEWARE****** STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.....FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.....!!!!

the worst attitude from his office including dr carlsen I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR THERE ATTITUDE SUCKS AND IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY....... ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION FOR A VETERAN.

Misdiagnosed. Once misdiagnosed continued to be unavailable for followup rather than correct the diagnoses or treatment plan.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Carlsen. When I got there the PA saw me, I never saw or spoke with the doctor. Had the requested tests and no one EVER called me to discuss the results. Very unprofessional treatment and no follow up.

Since my original urologist (excellent urologist) had to take early retirement many years ago I've had 4 urologists not including Dr. Carlsen. Dr. Carlsen is the best. Dr. is very knowledgeable, efficient, have excellent communication skills and even though this was my first visit I felt very comfortable and have great confidence in him. Wish we had more doctors like Dr. Carlsen
