Winnie in the med-quest department was amazing today. She has great customer service & knows her job. She was very personable! She is fast will her fingers as well on that keyboard, hehe. She was very informative. I can go on & on about her. Hire more staff like her & give her a "big" raise! Mahalo

A high quality medical facility serving the Windward side was much needed. This one fits the bill perfectly. Staff is great. Kalei@ reception is the Bomb-Diggity, always providing consistent patient flow. Docs and medical staff are hard working, caring good people. Grateful to see still get quality health care in some places in the 808.

I've been going here for about 20 years now. The doctors and nurses ans PA's here are great. However, my only complaint is when trying to get an appointment can be very difficult. I had to wait over 2months just to get an appointment to get my BC filled. Then when you did get an appointment you are waiting for over an hour before the doc comes in to see you. My last appointment, they forgot about me in the room and went to lunch. Someone opened the door and turned off the light which prompted me to go outside abd everyone was gone, lights off! Luckily i found a PA and she was able to help me. I've tried to reach out to talk to someone about this but no one returned my calls🤔

Continuously disappointed and dissatisfied with the care I receive from this place. Or I should say the care I don’t receive. These people truly do not care about their patients. Not to mention the stank front desks attitude they have every time I call. When people are sick you need to treat them with empathy. And if you truly hate your job that much….it’s time to find a new one! If you have Aloha care, or Quest insurance, do yourself a favor and call your insurance company and switch it to Kaiser. WAIMANALO HEALTH CENTER SUCKS!

They werent kidding about the front desk being useless. I am in extreme pain and poured my heart out but was turned away because I was not a patient here. They dont accept non patient walk ins and nothing available today. Guess I need to go to Urgent Care instead. Very heartless place. No Pono

Good people, caring and good listeners

Waimanalo Health Center is a gem not only to the Waimanalo community, but to all of Oahu. It services residents from West to East and North to South. With Family practice, Cultural practice, Pediatrics, Behavioral healthcare, Optometry, WIC, Outreach assistance, Dental and it's own Pharmacy, WHC provides a wide range of necessary services. The quality of care is important to those who are there to assist patients. From the moment you are greeted by the front office to exiting, the spirit of Aloha is evident. As a patient of 4 years, I have felt that my health is a priority to my PCP. Not to mention they have the only elevator in Waimanalo !

Waimanalo Doctors, NA’s, ME’s, MA’s ARE THE best I’ve have had hands down. I literal travel from the west side of Oahu to east just see them if I ever need to in person. However, tele-health is amazing works just as well & always available. However the FRONT END STAFF, RECEPTIONIST & anyone who answers the phones are the most inexperienced, unprofessional, unhelpful staff I’ve ever dealt with in the medical field and I also work in the medical field so that’s saying A LOT. If it weren’t for the amazing care we receive from the nurses and doctors here I’d leave this clinic. They make it utterly impossible to get anything done(document retrieval, appointment booking, confirmation of appointments etc. in the 10 years my family & I have have been coming the front staff for the last 5 years is nothing but headaches but if you ask to speak directly with the clinic you need, instead of them - then what you need is taken care of urgency with the want to do it & so respectfully too with such a breeze. This front desk staff gotta go.

Three weeks ago I was given an 8a appointment for today. I go to check in and reception tells me the doctor I would see has a check-in time of 940a. Completely unacceptable.

The Doctors from my experience have been great! Getting an appointment in a timely manner not so great! I tried to schedule an appointment and was told they have availability in March. I work full-time and am a care giver in my home. I don’t have the luxury of calling day of like they suggested to see if I can get in. If you are unemployed and have no other obligations, sure that works! Otherwise fingers crossed they can see you same day! Unnecessary added stress to patients who work full time and can’t call 8am for same day ( not even guaranteed) appointment!
