Trying to get in touch with someone is almost nearly impossible. Can't even leave a message. You would think that with that many people in this office, someone could pick up the damn phone. I had a missed call from someone and didn't bother to leave a voice mail. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I like the original doctors whom I always use to see and it saddens me to even make this review, but I can't hold my breath anymore. I went in and filled out the questionnaire and mind you circled yes to coughing and sore throat. When they took me in, they asked me what was wrong with me..I said I had a sore throat and cough but negative covid test.. but per whoever I saw said they can't see me because it hasn't been 5 days and they don't know if it's actually covid.. it is very disappointing when you are sick and they treat you like that! Then they had me wait outside and decided that telehealth is the best option which what costs $200 almost and what money to pay? When you off work cause you're sick. Plus they couldn't say what type of sickness i had over telehealth oh I don't know probably because they rejected seeing me in person. Plus they can't tell me when I'm able to go back to work.. very disgusted on how they treat patient..

Im currently in horrible sciatic pain, & this doctor/office gave wrong meds, keeps me going back n forth, and wont give me help i need. I regret seeing this office, and im about to file complaint with the state. Save yourselves from torture.

I like how their Kalihi clinic has integrated Epic into their system with mychart, but long wait times at their doctor offices is one thing… long wait times for a telehealth appt that was supposed to be 10mins taking over an hour just because of the wait time to have the doctor call you with your test results is outrageous! You might as well just leave a VM and I’ll go over it on my own time!

I have been in horrible pain and this doctor & staff drag feet, give wrong meds, incompetent and great at making money. He is more focused on showing off for interns and spends 2 mins for a patient. I am about to file a complaint with State and HMSA. Save yourselves and your loved ones. Look in the internet, and u will see this doctor keeps moving. Incompetent greedy heartless

I had an emergency situation and did not have a pcp to follow up with. I called numerous doctors and clinics and was told I had to wait months to get an appt. I walked into the Sonido Waipahu ofc without an appt and they accepted me as a patient and was courteous and professional.

These guys are only good at making Doctor visit bills. Patients go for a screening and you would think the Doctor would update the patients with the results findings specially finding some major discrepancies, but no. They either wait till you ask when it’s already to late or totally forget about. DO NOT risk your families health here!
