Dr. Fiatoa & staff are AWESOME! They’re a busy office but his staff does their best to accommodate each patients’ medical needs, refill requests & appt scheduling. Wait times have never been longer than 15mins & Dr. Fiatoa has never made me or my family feel rushed. He engages in conversation & allows for questions or concerns to be addressed. Best PCP ever!

Out of deference & respect for Dr. Fiatoa, I will be very respectful. But the awful woman receptionist who received us today in front office should be fired. Terrible attitude & soooo unprofessional; need customer service training & more etiquette in speech. Please do not call customers back & threaten me, very tacky. Merry Christmas & Lord bless!!!!

HE IS SIMPLY THE BEST DOCTOR!!!! Both my husband and I had him as our PCP when he was located in Kalihi. He is compassionate, caring and listens. His staff is wonderful also!! Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Fiatoa and his staff.

Dr. L. Fiatoa is, " The One and Only Finest Children's Doctor" No one else can replace a doctor who is very patient, compassionate about people's feeling on health topics, and most of all Dr. L. Fiatoa will always be an outstanding "# 1 DOCTOR" forever and Mark my words, you'll NEVER regret choosing him as your very own doctor.
