Every aspect of my visit to Dr. Andrew Richardson has been out of bounds! I can't say enough about it! Just his bed side manner, his explanation of the TKR... everything!! I'm so glad I went to see him. Thank you Dr. Andrew! And thank you for your staff😀

Office staff very professional & greeted everyone who walked in. My doctor was very good at explaining my condition to me. He gave me options for a couple different treatments.Dr. Charles Kikuchi did a great job explaining my ailment & gave me Twi different treatment options.

Stellar! 5 stars! I made a big mistake and went into town for my appt that was in waipio. The staff were extremely accommodating and waited for me to show up in waipio. Dr was so nice and calming explaining my surgery! Mahalo and I am very pleased I have a new ortho! 🌈

At this point, that one star shouldn't even be there. I can't wait until we don't have to be in touch with these people.Dr. Lim is really nice but I think the front staff needs to be changed or trained again? Perhaps how to answer phone calls?My husband left a voicemail on Friday and they were closed which is fine. They called my husband back on Monday and said they'll work on it.Update: Wednesday morning still get nothing from them, my husband decides to give them a call and leave a voicemail, and didn't get a call back or anything.I called them around 15 minutes later, they answered in one ring. ONE RING. And my husband can't even get a phone call back.*** And our first visit here, they got my husband's information wrong. His date of birth and phone number. And we presented his driver's license to the front desk. But still got it wrong.And few days before my husband's surgery, they had to push it back because they apparently didn't have his info. Like how??***First appointment after surgery, the front desk gave us the form to get the temporary handicap parking and my husband's name is right on top, but the other form about his physical therapy, was someone else's! And good thing I caught it. We had someone else's personal information.I was looking at the Honolulu location, this is where I actually wanted my husband to go. But ended up choosing this location instead despite their bad reviews. Please consider my review before choosing this location.

Excellent medical care provided. Leg and foot cast removed, x-rays taken of foot where 3 pins were surgically implanted. Physician gave positive feedback on status and boot was fitted.
