The staff is so friendly they listen and help and actually care about their patients they made the whole transition so easy definitely will be using them from now on thank GOD for this practice and dentist and staff.

Great job to Dr Rudman and his staff!!

This morning I went to Ames Oral Surgeons to have an rear molar removed. I requested that this be done with anesthesia. Dr. Rudman did the best painless insertion of an IV that I’ve ever had. As it turned out the roots of that tooth were intertwined with the roots of the undescended wisdom tooth so both were removed. This 78 year old man is extremely pleased with how this went and I highly recommend Ames Oral Surgeons and Dr Rudman DDS.

Amazing staff!! Outstanding dentistry!! I live in Ohio but go to college here in Iowa. I came in with an emergency surgery and they were able to get me in immediately and perform the surgery, which is so rare. I had 2 other procedures done by another surgeon for my teeth, but that surgeon messed up. John was able to fix the problem and I have not had any trouble with my teeth!! Definitely recommend!!

They will do well on the surgery. Tall Dr. Rudman will do a due diligence of explaining his process and ask if you have questions. I was put out. Didn’t feel or remember a thing. So excellent job there. However where they put in the needle for the ivy, that vein is swollen for four weeks now. Never seen anything like this. Am hoping it goes away soon. It can be scary but am taking it easy on that arm. All else went well. Staff is pretty decent. They care that you have a driver and a nurse will help you to your car. Overall not a bad place at all.

When I made my appointment I gave them my insurance information and asked how much my portion would be for what I was having done and she told me I would have to pay $150 at most. I go in and have the work done and afterwards go to pay and she tells me it’s $340. Very annoyed that they want the payment at the time of the procedure and I specifically ask them how much it’s going to be and then they end up charging me over double what they told me it would cost. They should definitely be more up front with the cost and tell you if there is a possibility it could be more, especially if it’s such a significant amount more. Otherwise the Doctor did a great job.

They did a terrible job on my surgery and then only gave me ibuprofen which didn’t help at all. Leaving me in great pain after the surgery. Terrible surgeon.

Upon entering, the staff was friendly and efficient. The assistants were very professional and reassuring for a nervous patient such as myself. Dr Cho was very kind, professional and fast. No pain! And the bill was significantly less than I had been quoted elsewhere. I would highly recommend Dr. Cho and staff especially if you are a scared or nervous patient. They are the best!

Dr. Kazwell has taken care of all 3 of my kids' wisdom teeth extractions. Some were much more complicated than others. He has an straightforward, and comforting communication style that put you at ease. He continued to follow up with us to see how we were healing and how pain was doing. He cares about your kids.
