Dentistry At Somerset's Online Review Report Card

After having a bad dental experience at another practice, I developed a severe aversion to the dentist and didn't go for many years. The staff at Dentistry At Somerset have been great and understanding of my anxiety and helping me feel comfortable during my appointments. I really like all the amenities they have to choose from to increase comfort. After 4 appointments, I am finding out that I am less anxious to go back to the dentist. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Always a friendly staff that do a great job!

This is my first visit for consultation and I enjoyed the experience very much. Upon arriving I was given a tour and a welcome gift. This has never happened to me before at other places. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and professional to the extent that you feel you were treated with genuine feelings. Dr. Niegsch was patient and understanding in explaining my situation. Will check back later and hope my problem get fixed. (3/1/2023) Update: I returned on May 8 to decide on a plan. Same as last time, Dr. Niegsch paitiently explained the different options, and chose a plan that was suitable for my condition. It's also woth mentioning that the assistant was also very nice. We had some casual talks about various topics while waiting. This was really helpful, at least to my understanding, for the patients to relax and feel welcome. When there are different dental clinics with similar equipments, similar costs (!!!, get a good dental insurace!!!), and with dentists of similar (assumingly) experiences in the same area, these non-medical related gestres of hospitality really make a difference. They help make the paitients' visiting experiences more endurable and happier. Following the plan, I had two sugerires on May 11 and June 1. Both went very smoothly. I chose a pair of noise-cancelling headphone from the offering. The sugeries were performed while I was listening to classical music.There were slight changes, and Dr. Niegsch explained them clearly. He also called to follow up after the first sugery. Fotunately, I have been doing well with recovery. Today (6/21) I finished another visit, mainly for checking up and scanning to prepare for the denture. Everything went smoothly. I will keep updating my future experiences.

Had severe tooth pain and was able to get an appointment same day. The doctor and her assistant were so friendly and never felt any pain of tooth extraction. They have a very high tech office. Very pleased with the service.Dedibitely be my routine dental place.

I avoided this place before because it looked so up-scale and I assumed it would be super expensive. But it's not more expensive than "chain" places like Aspen and offers MUCH better service. (Fun fact, dental procedures have fixed prices.) No wonder it gets such high ratings.

Dentistry at Somerset is friendly, professional, caring, and ALWAYS concerned about their patients health and well being. I highly recommend their services. Thanks to them for taking care of me. Their staff is amazing!
