Thought she was fresh and cared. She ended up insufficient.She is just a coordinator. You should just see your doctor and surgeon, why spend money on her. She doesnt do anything. If you have anxiety, for example due to kidney disease..she wont help you. You should just deal with your MD and then Your surgeon and get fixed up. She is a useless step in the medical process. Dr. Amuluru, an additional/useless expense
