Friendly Staff, and Dr. Metzger does get work but extremely annoyed with how they operate... Had an appointment in September that had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue (Not a big deal)... I make it to my newly rescheduled appointment in October, only to be told that I have to reschedule for the same issue. This time I did not receive a call/text/voicemail about rescheduling. Meanwhile other clients are being seen. I certainly don't feel like I'm being prioritized... I'm unsure if I will be returning.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Metzger was able to see me in less than an hour. Unfortunately my crowned tooth was too far gone to save but Dr. Metzger referred me to Ames Oral Surgeons who can address my issues. I appreciated her seeing me very expeditiously and her quick appraisal of what needed to be done.

I was having tooth pain. I called ,there just so happened that someone missed their appointment so I got right in examined and diagnosed . Prescribed medication and future treatment and was on my way . They truly Rock !!!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
