Im from out of state and a cash buyer. The front end receptionist was fantastic going out of her way to guide me to the pharmacy which i would never have found ever!!! The nurse took care of me and the doctor went out of her way to get a specialist to stop by and see me. I felt like the care i received was exceptional. Thank you soooo much for being available to this local community.

We came in to get Covid tests for myself and my 9 year old son who has autism. I called ahead of time and time clinic was ready and on point with care for him. I was absolutely blown away by the treatment he received and we will be back next time he needs urgent care. The pa working on Tuesday 9/7 was swamped but he came in, got down on my sons level and noticed he was watching Ratatouille he then took the time to ask my son questions about his movie. It was so nice to have a caregiver who is willing to go the extra mile.

I was visiting relatives in town and needed medical treatment early in the morning. Called the office and was helped immediately by a wonderfully helpful young lady who was able to answer all my questions. Walked in 10 minutes later and before I was even able to sit down I was helped by the front desk. They filled out my basic medical information in a timely and efficient manner. I was called for a room within a minute afterwards. Nurses and doctors were all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out of Urgent Care in less then 30 minutes. Overall I am extremely impressed with this facility. Besides the wonderful service I received, I was also very impressed with the technology and attention to deal in the design of the offices. It seems like they would be perfectly prepared for any situation. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I was prescribed medicine and was able to pick it up at the pharmacy right next door to the urgent care. It was convenient and fast as well. I walked away with the proper treatment in no time at all! So glad I made the decision to go to this particular urgent care! Can not express enough how happy I was with the service I received at Jones Regional Medical Center!!

Brand new hospital located at 1795 Hwy. 64 E. * Anamosa, Iowa. Member of UnityPoint. My dad and grandfather have been a patients here and always recieved excellent care. Quick ED visits!
