BEWARE!

Absolutely a terrible place of business. I would be embarrassed to work here. My first appointment was fine and then I was instructed to make an ultrasound appointment with really little reasoning to why I needed one. When I made the ultrasound appointment I showed up and no one was in the office which meant I had to reschedule. When I rescheduled the ultrasound specialist was nothing but rude and unprofessional. Dr. Millar herself is an OK doctor but when I made an appointment at 12:30 I wasn’t seen until 1 in the appointment only took about five minutes. She talked to me like I was a five-year-old!!! It is absolutely astonishing how awful this place is run. Not to mention the receptionist who knows absolutely nothing about what she’s doing, she confused appointments and told me to wait for my prescription when no prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Come here if you want the worst customer experience and worst care you can receive!

Dr Millar does not run a professional place of business as I was basically denied of any payment for training and putting in my time to her business to help her out. She does not have the guts to say it but that’s what she’s doing. She then disrespected my time of being a student (that she was aware of) and disregarding our agreed upon schedule we worked out prior to fit her needs and mine. She never talked to me about salary until I pried it out of her. She claims she runs a professional place of business while what she is doing to employers is illegal. She does not respect peoples time and assumes people can just drop whatever they’re doing to work for her. Why even have a schedule if you completely disregard it. She is rude behind customers backs and Honeslty would never let her come close to me if I were a patient of hers. She is disrespectful and doing illegal things. Honestly save your time and money, just go to Andover womens health down the street.

I have been a patient of Dr. Millar’s for the past 10 years. She delivered three of my children and has provided wonderful care throughout my pregnancies and beyond. She’s very thorough and was always available to answer any questions I had.

I've been a patient of Dr. Millar's for almost 20 years. She delivered my baby 6 years ago and supported me through BRCA and breast cancer diagnoses. She is amazingly thorough and thoughtful. Her office staff is very caring and supportive.

Very attentive staff. Dr. Millar is always there ASAP to help me with any questions or concerns throughout my pregnancies! I am so thankful she was able to deliver both of my daughters!

She treated me very poorly when I was pregnant with my son, during my labor, and after. She made an experience, that should have been wonderful for me, anxiety ridden. She is ALL about the money. She doesn’t care for you or your child.

Easy to make an appointment office staff is friendly Dr. Millar Is extremely knowledgeable and personable have been going to this office for years

Dr. Millar along with her team truly made me feel like family. Their knowlege, patience and attention to detail is second to none. All of my questions were answered and any concerns I had during my pregnancy were addressed. When I was approaching my due date I was able to text Dr. Millar with any questions I had and she would always reply in a timely fashion. This is a fantastic practice with a great staff!

The front office staff is always slow and rude. The wait time was ridiculous. When I tried to get my test results I had to call multiple times without a call back. I finally had to call my primary care doctor to get my results. I know there has to be other practices managed more professionally than Dr. Millars.
